God Thinks (Life Part Ii)

Life isn't made for quitting
Life isn't nice
It doesn't give you challenges for no reason
But life gives you obstacles for strength
If you can't succeed
You won't be reward
And you'll never change
Then you're just.....there to WATCH life
Life isn't made for wimps
We weren't put here because GOd doesn't think we're ready
We're here because he does
Why do you think you and i weren't put here during the Civil RIghts Movement
So take ricks
Put yourself out there
Step up
AN dspeak out
Because if God didn't think we were ready
Or we would quit
He wouldn't have put us here---on Earth at this time
Life isn't made for the weak
Just the strong
And God thinksyou're strong
Because you are here NOW!

12:25 Pm

Everything was going okay
It was a sunny day
But when I say with that tramp
My heart broke in two
I'm supposse to be your girl
Your past
Present
And future
I'd advice you to get to know the door
What are you going to tell your son
That you went to another job interview
And found someone else to get inside
You have to leave
Because I can't be with a man that has the nerve to cheat on me
It was 12:25 PM when my heart finally stopped
When I told you to get the hell out of my house

What Was She Thinking

Behind the face of a young girl
Is a life she must suffer to be known
All those nights of her parents fighting
All those times she would be beaten for no reason
What was she thinking
The time people talk about how big she is
Or how much she eats at lunch
What was she thinking
All those times her mom pushed her aside
To help those around her
Even after what they did
What was she thinking
The times where she was being all she could be
And they just said great & went on with their lives
What was she thinking
All those times she wanted to leave
Or grab a knife and cut herself limb from limb
What was she thinking
She was thinking that she would finally get some attention
And be really seen for the first time in her life

Angel Who Watches Over Me

Angel who watches over me
make my bruises heal
place my misery in the seal
Angel who watches over me
give me courage to be heard
improve my self-esteem in my words
Angel who watches over me
cleanse the sins i have done
don't let me fouled by some con
Angel who watches over me
hear my tears that won't stop faling
make me whole & please stop stalling
Angel who watches over me
bless the people around us
guide me to be more than dust
Angel who watches over me
make me different from everyone else
erase the problems i've dealt
stop making my life such a mess
since my angel is the angel of death

Small

He'll roam around
Draw on the wall
Tee-pee the dog
And flood the toilet
He'll run through the house
Break expensive things
Smile and say I'm sorry
And you'll always forgive him
He'll wait on the couch
'Til Barney comes on
Pretend he's asleep when he's suppose to be in bed
You feed him every four hours
And your his world
He'll look at you with those big brown eyes
Smile that staggle-tooth smile
You'll know
That's your son
And you'll let him be small

Broken Glass

You pick it up
Try to fix the shattered pieces
Apologize for what you did
But everyone knows your true feelings

Act like everythings okay
Until somebody else notices
Try to make up excuses
Because you know the reasons you did it

Call your lawyer because you know somethings about to happen
Deny it all as the cops drag you away in handcuffs
All that's left is my heart
Like broken glass on the floor

From this war
I'm tired of fighting

In the Name of Love

Love is what some guys say to you into bed
Love is the excuse they use to break it off
Love is how you feel when you give birth to your bastard child, James
Love is his fathers alibi for never seeing him
Love is the pain James feels
Love is why he thinks his dad doesn't love him
Love is the reasons James came to hate him
And love is the main reason James killed his father

Going Crazy

I'm all alone
As demons call me home
In my own reality
To get away from the casuality
Pretending not to recongize
The problems we should realize
Many people acting stupid
Doing things the really shouldn't
Getting pregant or being strippers
Molesting, Raping, or becoming killers
What kind of world are we living in today
Maybe this will change some day
Until i must stay by myself
To find out for myself
Should i stay or should i go
stay in the reality i made for me and be alone
Or live in this world that some call home

Nightmares

My nightmares
Aren't escapable
I'm in capable
To make this pain go away
To destroy my misery from my head
They can't be explained
Soon I might go insane
Thinking my dreams might be real
Running ans never facing my dreams head on
Never coming out on top
When will they stop
Failing every single night
They're recurring
I can't do this all year
My internal wounds need to be healed
My nightmares....
Will never stop until I die

Regret

Unable to understand
The only thing I can recommend
The way I feel inside
Is that everyone should realize
I just want my writing to reflex me
AI just want to speakly freely
I'm not meaning to hurt you
Ijust wan tto tel the truth
About the views I see
And what I think it to be
I love you all with all my heart
And I don't wan tmy words to split us apart
I just want it to be made clear
It's not how it appears
I write it because I've moved on
Like a dark cloud at the break of dawn
So when ya'll got upset
It made me regret
I shouldn't have to feel this way
Especially if they're my words I'm saying
