Everyday In Your Heart

No matter how bad my day has been
I always look forward to seeing you again
you make me happy when i'm sad
you can make me forgive when i'm really mad
It's because of this I will never give up
I will never lose hope
When you feel as though your world has fallen apart
Just think of me and i will be in your heart
If things always seem to go wrong and you start to lose hope,
Just take out this poem and read it again
And no matter how bad your day has been
You will find that you still have my love deep within

Step For the Change

I went into the room cold dark and afraid
When I came out I needed aide
Nothing in my life was ever going to be the same
The doctor put it out on the table and the odds were weighed
The pain burned inside of me like a hot flame
If I had another option I would gladly take the trade
The rest of my life I will now have this scar
I would rather be laying on a beach somewhere down south
Beautiful I am not anymore by far
I can hardly keep anything down by mouth
I just want things back the old way
When times were happy and all smiles
I just don't know what too say
Now I mean nothing than a few names on some medical files
Make me feel beautiful and wanted again

Let Him Go

This poem I wrote. I call it " Let Him Go "

Sweetheart don't cry
Don't let him make you feel like your nothing
You do have family even though we are not close by
I know your heart is crushing
Don't harp on the past
Don't let him play with your head
You need to get over him fast
His feelings for you are dead
Over 2 years and you still don't have a ring
Your not the one he calls his wifey to be no more
Take a seat and listen up girl here is the thing
He's playing with your feelings and using you like a two dollar whore
I know you were smart once and can be again
He has you so brain washed it's not funny
I know hearing all this is a strain
Think of the example your setting for you little ones honey
Hold your head high and walk away from that loser mama's boy
Show him that your the one that is too good for his sorry ass
Hell he's such a mama's boy you can find better pleasure in a toy
Your related to me so come on show your sass
Let go of the past and look to a new future
Let go of the pain and the control freak
Say bye bye Looser
It will get easier one step at a time week by week......

You Saved My Life

Just when I so thought nothing could go right,
You came marching into my sorry life.
You didn't push, you just talked to me.
You eyes spoke, But I was too blind to see.
My heart was tired and my body was weak,
I was to convinced to even try to talk
You touched my heart and without hardly any words,
I fell in love in a way that was so absurd.
Just one look in your eye ,
And I was soaring through the sky.
I felt like an angel just let free,
I never thought this feeling could ever be.
You opened my heart and showed the meaning of love,
without words, just us.
You gave me hopes for a better day,
I will only be like this if you stay.
I have the courage to fight forever,
With you by my side I will always endeavor.
Just your soft hand showed me the light,
That is why I can say your love saved my life.

I Love

I love your soft kisses.I love firm but gentle touch. I love the way you bite your lip.I love you soooooo much.
I love the way you look at me.I love the way you smile. I love the way you're shy sometimes,Every once and a while.
I love it when you look at me, When I'm not looking at you. You think I do not realize it, But really...I do.
I love the way you cuddle. I love the way you sleep. I love how you bite your lip when something turns you on. I love the way you rub your neck, when you are thinking so deep.
I love all of you,Your nose, your lips, your hair, even your smelly feet. I love how you drink Dr Pepper. Morning noon and night. I love how if someone puts me down your always there first one there ready to fight. I will never stop loving you. You are so amazingly sweet.
I love that I love you.I have loved you from the very start. I LOVE ALL OF YOU,You alone hold the key to my heart.

Rules In the Eyes of a Toddler

If it is off, I must turn it on.
If it is on, I must turn it off.
If it is folded, I must unfold it.
If it is a liquid, it must be shaken, then spilled.
If it a solid, it must be crumbled, chewed, stepped on or smeared.
If it is high, it must be reached.
If it is shelved, it must be unshelved.
If it is pointed, it must be run with at top speed.
If it has leaves, they must be picked.
If it is plugged, it must be unplugged.
If it is not trash, it must be thrown away.
If it is in the trash, it must be removed, inspected, and thrown on the floor.
If it is closed, it must be opened.
If it does not open, it must be screamed at.
If it has drawers, they must be rifled.
If it is a pencil, it must write on the refrigerator, monitor, or table.
If it is full, it will be more interesting emptied.
If it is empty, it will be more interesting full.
If it is a pile of dirt, it must be laid upon.
If it is stroller, it must under no circumstances be ridden in without protest. It must be pushed by me instead.
If it has a flat surface, it must be banged upon.
If Mommy's hands are full, I must be carried.
If Mommy is in a hurry and wants to carry me, I must walk alone.
If it is paper, it must be torn.
If it has buttons, they must be pressed.
If the volume is low, it must go high.
If it is toilet paper, it must be unrolled on the floor.
If it is a drawer, it must be pulled upon.
If it is a toothbrush, it must be inserted into my mouth.
If it has a faucet, it must be turned on at full force.
If it is a phone, I must talk to it.
If it is a bug, it must be swallowed.
If it doesn't stay on my spoon, it must be dropped on the floor.
If it is not food, it must be tasted.
If it IS food, it must not be tasted.
If it is dry, it must be made wet with drool, milk, or toilet water.
If it is a car seat, it must be protested with arched back.
If it is Mommy, must make her dirty
If it is sibling, must slap, kick, and fight.
If it has four legs, must squeeze tight until makes noise
If big person is on phone, must make lots of noise
If tv is not on cartoons, scream until they are
If food is not good, throw it, refuse to eat it and cry until big people give you something good

Visiting Emotion

Hello disappointment
You visit me pretty often these days
Wish I could say seeing you again was an amusement
I'm hoping your coming so much is just a faze
Mr. Disappointment you’re becoming the only feelings I feel anymore
The happiness has started to fade away
I want our old life back where we were in love and a bore
Mr. Disappointment you make my life dark and gray
I miss the times where I would laugh and giggle for hours
I miss the times when I was the only one he wanted to be around
When you come around disappointment its tears and long hot showers
This love I used to feel is starting to be such a big let down
I don't want to be treated like this
I have to show him I am worth caring about
I miss our happy bliss
It's either he straighten up or finds a different route
Goodbye disappointment I want my baby’s kiss

Coaster of Emotions

The man I fell in love with is a man who has more than one side
Sometimes I have too just cross my fingers and strap on for the ride
There are times when he is funny and does nothing but make me giggle
Then there are times when he makes my toes curl and wiggle
There are times he comes home angry and takes it out on me
I try to understand there are going to be times where that’s how it is going to be.
Sometimes he snaps when he is real bored.
That's when I have to be patient and pray to the lord
I don't think he always sees how much he means to me.
How deep in my heart I know we're meant to be
I know each day with him is like a roller coaster ride
My feelings about him I will not change or hide
Strap in it’s a new day, here we go again.
Up, up, on top
I can see the world
Down make it stop
Round the curve, ahh missed that fight
Whew
What days not over yet?
Oh no...
Ok strapped in all set
Hold on tight here comes another turn
Bump bump bump the coaster goes on the track of life
I can feel the anger make my heart and hope burn
All I ever wanted was to be his wife
Up it goes again high high high
It's now Friday night and we just started another fight
I can hear him sign
Down its going again
This time I'm holding on with all my might
Coaster of emotions your ride is not fun at all.
Coaster of emotions you want me to weep in sorrow
Coaster of emotions I will not fall
I'll stay strapped in and take the ride again tomorrow.

I Hate About You

I hate the way you make me feel guilty about being jealous when other girls hit on you,

I hate the way you can go forever without even seeing or talking to me when your friends are around,
but expect me to drop everything to talk to you when you want my attention.

I hate how you're so happy at times and I'm so sad,

I hate how you treated me like *****but yet I'm the one feeling bad.

I hate how I feel so weak and you're so strong,

I hate how you think you do no wrong.

I hate how you pretend that everythings okay,

I hate how you took my innocence away and act sometimes like it ment nothing.

I hate how I feel so scared,

I hate how I how fast I feel in love with you without a fighting chance.

I hate the way you look at me and just know when something is wrong.

I hate how everything we have means nothing to everybody else

I hate the way I feel inside,

I hate the nights I spent alone and cried.

I hate how everything seems wrong,

I hate the feeling of wanting to belong.

I hate how you're always in my head,

I hate everything mean you have ever said.

I hate wondering how you really feel about me,

I hate how you try to go out with certin friends you feel like you have to lie

I hate how when your job takes you away for long times I left with alone and want to do nothing but cry

I hate it how you can just come in and out of my life and feel like everything is alright
while I am the one that has to put up with the problems, family and drama every night

But most of all I hate the way I can't stop thinking about you, and I hate it even more because I know you know its true

All these thing don't make me really hate you,
It just makes me lust you more an more and it feeds my wanting you right down to the core

Modern Issues

They want to be skin and bones with plastic wasters,
They want to be stupid, they want to be famous,
Fake, superficial and contagious,
"She don't want your love,
She wants your money, boy."

Modern royalty want cash in hand,
Ritalin,vicodin, and diazepam,
Valium,lithium, any kind of medication,
Liposuction, collegen,
Round and round we go again.
Plastic Nose, cushion butts, Botox and plastic chest,
You're not quite right, but you tried your best.

Mattel rang, Hey Barbie they want you back in your box,
You're allowed to have 'fun', but not too much.
Media, media, media everyday hysteria,
Disroders coming out your ears; and you think we're inferior?
Ignorance is bliss, I guess.
Open your eyes, blink twice and think,
Your life is perfect, isn't it?
