New Beginnings

the past turns to rust
Experience is vast, but change has come fast
For tomorow the future i lust
Burn my past, for a new tomorow i must
Tomorow will i awake???, In God i trust
regret torments my soul, but not my thrust
Against all odds, I rose like dust....
poverty and backwardness stood in my life
like a movie cast.
I died, they killed me,.. "yes they tried"
Path of greener pastures i did find
My pain turned blind, they lied...
"Yes they did", because i found purpose and
pride
They died, and i live to forget
Said "no" to my past, "no" to regret
Victory and honor I can bet
I left, to persue life's revealings
born catterpillar, turned butterfly...I CHERISH
MY NEW BEGINNINGS!!!

When I Die

When I die
Pen writes a lie
deny my will, A thrill laying in a box
pain haunts, but a curse stalks
when I die, The day my crippled happiness walks
I will leave earth, living, I bleed all my worth
existance has becaome meaningless
death walks towards me with a clean dress
My distant love, mistress
mourn the day I depart, Torn there's emptiness in my heart
stood above all serpents, but failed to bring unity among my parents
separated, raise in a broken shelter
"I love you mother" thats what I tell her
When I die, let no one else die
for my wrongs are within my corpse
in your hearts belong my memories thoughts and hopes
stay strong, remeber where you come from
after years have gone, you all shall join me, the day I long
When I die, bury me with a expectational mind and eye!!

Good Outside, Bad Inside

A wise man has a foolish past,
sign's of haste, trials and time going to waste
A good chef has a bad taste
good to copy perfection, reluctant to paste
I am amazed!

Bye

Bye Foe
peers pressure, old folks lecture I neglect their chants though
Hold my hand mum, its a terrifying planet, buy me a helmet or else I am ready to go
why foe

Bye Family
Light up a candle for me
you all misplaced me, you clearly failed to handle me
turn my back on loved ones, I was cursed by them so I have the Ability
why family

Bye Habbits
cravings annoying like ceiling infested with mating rabbits
Yes you have brought me temporary satisfaction, but now the world labels us addicts
why Habbits

The Masochist

Still i rise
they planted me in acid
death is inferior, i remain Placid
attacking my flesh and bone, I am not shaken I am passive
they never stop, they remain avid
Still i rise
they stoned my character
sue my hopes, I am tormented by their barrister
exploited like I was Africa
Still i rise
No pain shall ever be shown through my eyes
A masochist defies

Past Trauma

Gazing at my past,
amazing how victory has come so vast
chasing dreams fast,
enemies have crowded my life like a movie
cast
misery drafted its wrath,
my black history has paved a path

A road filled with deep potholes
find myself crucified by my own at the
crossroads
A torment I fail to forget, Like a gamblers last
bet

I walk amongst the blind, I talk to those who
fail to find
burden's in my circumference, My whole life
is turned to nonsense
An unwelcomed conscience,

signs of haste
occupy me.
I am gazing at my past, WHERE WILL YOU FIND
ME???

Pigment

MY SKIN,
ALL THE PLACES I HAVE BEEN
DADDY WAS A SLAVE
THE SWEAT AND BLOOD HE GAVE
TODAY I AM SURE HE TURNS ON HIS GRAVE
... POVERTY CAME TO MY LIFE LIKE A WAVE
DESTROY'D MY HOME, HOPES
I TIE MY NECK WITH POISON AND COMMON ROPES
IS IT REALLY A CHOICE? DO I HAVE A CHOICE?
WILL YOU LISTEN TO MY VOICE...
OR WILL U SEE MY SKIN
THE WORLD CONTINUES TO SPIN
HATE THE BODY I AM IN
IS BIENG BLACK A SIN
MY SKIN,.. LORD HELP ME, MY SKIN!!!See More

Pointless

It becomes pointless to cry in hell
yet you marvelled and smiled in sin!

Character

Destroy my character
tossed back to Africa
I feel like myself nolonger
sentenced to starve, why? I wonder
seduced by hunger
reduced to a statistic, why? i still wonder
introduced to pain blindly
found marks of poverty on my body, why me?
Begged to be released kindly,
Words trapped in my rib cage
history is related to Vintage
been expressing rage lately
words flow faintly, whispers!!
I hate this perimeter, Used to call it Africa
Today it slays your character!! Africa..

Mirror

My body faced towards a mirror
pondering how could my race be inferior
scars, once behind bars my realisation approaching nearer
iris zooming towards the mirror, my supremacy is clearer
Mother natures chosen, she cries and we hear her
walking closer to the mirror, and I see poison media
backstabbing and witchcraft whats your choice of beer
many tried and died,.. some molested by fear
dusty minds of the ancient soldiers in Libya
sinister actions of hatred towards the superior
They should make their mercy be our admirer
Procure peace through a heart which is pure
every word that exits my jaw,
mirror mirror looking at me like I have the world to live for
mirror nailing my bludders to the wall
mirror showing me an image, a purpose and matter scrimmage
Mirror shows me I, Not my life.
