Life Goes On

The turbulent torrential rains set loose
hitting hard.
The hailstorm like bullets rose
covering the world.
In set the mind wonders far
Looking deep into the silence of the eyes
Angrily shut from the sight of the world
And letting the mumbles and shouts
Overtake and dampen his brain
He won’t see
Neither run
To drown in sea
And escape harm
In the closed cage like a lion he sits
Waiting for the bell to go
Awaiting the everlasting peace unknown to man,
And still life goes on.

Darkness Beyond Light

I was born at night, with no light. Until I saw the light with no darkness. I prayed to God to show me the light in darkness, But now I pray and wish, I could see the darkness beyond light. I wish I could see the darkness beyond the light of their shining golden armor I wish I could see the darkness beyond the reflections of light off their shining shields that hide the enemy in darkness. I wish I could see the darkness of what they think deep in their brains, Not the glittering weaved hair they wear and walk neck tall in the light I wish I could see the darkness in their eyes through their dark pupils down to what they see in me, Not their long black eye lashes and cat eyes that tempt me in the light. I wish I could smell beyond the darkness of their nostrils Not their sharp pointed plastic mortgaged noses I fall in love with in the light. I wish I could hear the darkness through the wax in their ears not the all made up glittering and gold filled ears I see in the light. I wish I could see beyond their smooth tongues rolling on snow white teeth To find the darkness in their words. I wish I could see, the darkness beyond the soft glowed and smooth lips shinning in the light.

Beyond the Brain

Secretly treading on the wrong path
I'm afraid of my of my own shadow
Chasing me down the lane
Disappointed by my own self
and reeking of fear within
Even my breath stinks of fear
The unknown and the future all unclear
You don't who trust and who to blame
You are just there.

Crush

The day i first met her
She moved along like a timed slide show
With grace and chaste in her stride
Swinging her hips like a desert Carmel
And stepping on the ground like it hurts.

That’s when i first saw her.

Meeting her was a dream come true,
Speaking to her was like melting the snow.
Her voice like the ocean singing low
With no turbulent waves to alter the flow.

That’s when i first met her.

Touching her was like food to a pauper
Her skin smooth like a silk wall
Her body soft like sheep wool

That’s when i first touched her.

Holding her in my arms,
Being with her all my life
...was never imagined
For it never happened

My Tale

Though my shocked soul recoils
My tongue shall tell.
Stuck amidst my spoils
I have no one to tell my tale
Like kony in the bush
I stand caged in a mash
Foiled and fogged
Like a chicken soaked in the rains
My eyes are dry
For I cry no more
Many a tear have I dropped
My life has flopped
But who will tell my tale?
Generations come and go
My mind wanders far
Like a forest covered in leaves
I stand covered with dirt and mad
as i grow mad.
No one will approach,
they only look and reproach
They will not tell my tale.
then, who will tell my tale?

My Life In Brief

Clouded fear
Strongest emotions
Darkest addictions
Relentless thoughts
Restless nights
Unforgiven sins
Haunting past
Unscheduled future
Inconceivable thoughts
Unimaginable regrets
That’s my life in brief.
