A Piece of the Pie

i reached for the sky
to get a piece of the pie
there was you and i
we sailed off so high
we almost reached the sky
up, up we flew
on this warm summer day
the place was beautiful
and serene
this made such a lovely scene
up,up,.up away we flew
into the clouds
across the horizon
the clouds began to part
there i left my lonely heart

My Tears

my tears fall upon my cheek
please don't take a peak
i have been sad for oh so long
i can't even sing my song
i have cried many a tears
fpr most of this year
my eyes are red
and swollen too
these tears i shed
for only you
will you not wipe one away?
One little tear
and stop my fears
i cry and cry
without a sigh
they fall upon my lonely cheek
will you not wipe away
and take away the pain today

Christmas Bells

i hear the bells ringing
throughout the city tonight
bringing good tidings
on this very special night
i hear the bells chimming
ringing out their song
playing a harmony
of love and joy
oh! can't you hear them ringing
playing out a tune
singing out a melody
and this gay little tune
love is ringing
throughout the city tonight
oh, won't you come and listen
on join us on this special christmas night

My Little Friend

i was sitting by a tree
when a bird flew right by me
the tree was so big and strong
i bet it stood there oh so long
as i sat by the tree
the little bird sang to me
a pretty little tune just for me
oh, can't you see
my bird and my tree

The Dark and Scarey Night

i escaped through the night
in such a fright
dark and scarey
i was so leary
to an empty space
to a distant time
a fear that grows deep in my mind
a destination unknown
a mystery indeed
one of amazing speed
dark and scarey
my fears grow
and no one knows
dark and scarey
was this terrible land

Summer's Delight

we swam into the ocean
on a warm summer night
till the morning light
the ocean breeze
drifted and brought me to my knees
our love filled the ocean
we floated into the shore
till we wanted more
my arms grew wide
the waves rolled in
we floated back out to sea
this is the way our love ought to be
the night soon passed away
our passion rose with the rolling tide
you held me tight
all through the night
our love now drifts into the ocean
while our memories float away

A Love From Long Ago

music flowing to a distant shore
music of love
from long ago memories
twas long ago
passing beyond
balance held within
a time of perfection
oh! where did the lost love go?
did it depart to a distant time?
left to be brought to shore
by a passing stranger
somewhere in the near future
oh, music, flowing from long ago

Will My Love Entice You

will my love entice you?
WILL My love hold you?
guide me to the answer
because i have no clue
i captured a moment in time
i placed it in your arms
i wrapped my heart all around you
hoping my love will keep you
my soul is entwined in time
i place all my love on the line
the esscance of this moment
will stay deep in my heart
till i release these emotions
with such a commotions
i love you now
i love you tommorrow
will you love me
for just a little while?

Love

what love means to me
is tenderness and kindness
arms that hold me oh so tight
this is a beautiful sight
tender lips
pressed upon mine
a man who is oh so kind
passion that moves my body
it won't let go
till the morning light
it stirs my inner soul
a man of true devotion
one who loves me
with no doubt
who stands beside me
throughout my life
who will not pierce me with a knife
