Poetryof Providence Poem
I have loved you
intensely
as the master has commanded
I have spoken
the words of Truth
as I was taught them
I was joyful
to have known you
and I have bowed low , even to the ground
when I have failed you
I have known happiness
pain , conflict , strife
and peace
have soared with understanding
and fallen short
of standards
to perfect for my flesh
I have forgiven
even when seriously wronged
which I found
easier
to do than forgive my self
I have seen your
weaknesses and strengths
and found elation
when you have conquered
obstacles I considered
to large even for me
together we have walked
yes even run our course
been broken and repaired together
been still silent
even hours together in the same place
I have lived with you
without you
a room away
and a continent away
and yet never apart
We have loved
the same master
who has touched our hearts
with the Truth
that without you
Love could not exist
and I would be alone
having never known
something that was greater
than my self

Poetryof Providence Poem
All that does encompass bespeaks wonder in everything
bubbling brooks and waterfalls does your glory ring
terrestrial and celestial ever fill our eyes with seeing
how can not it's splendor not fill our very being
raindrops in waters with their rippling wake
and mesmerize our souls does the rushing make
gentle breezes lifting dappled leaves in dance
and some say it all came about by chance
How does this effusion elude a single man
when everywhere one turns it's radiance does stand
Nebula and quasar adorns a cloaking sky
and some choose to call the truth a lie
How lofty and profound in it's depth designed
everywhere one turns does God's eminence remind
lavender and magenta do our roses wear
magnificent in color in tended gardens care
In florescent rainbows are a peacocks feathers
multi patterned flowers among the blooming heathers
many hues of blue stretch across the sky
changing shades of azure of the seas close by
In Africa's dense jungle ring tailed lemurs leap
Asia's tarsier in the day does sleep
the giant and red panda in bamboo forests eat
meerkats make their manor underground to keep
Springbok and Okapi migrate within the land
camels and dromedary travel in the sand
kingfishers underwater dives yet he cannot swim
the hoopoe within Europe summers on a limb
Golden plovers and sandpipers do the beaches run
in every nation some great cat naps beneath the sun
the ruby topaz hummingbird and bird of paradise
the chameleon changes turf and puts on his disguise
Through filtered teeth of whales krill don't stand a chance
and so many speculate it's all just circumstance
At the poles do penguins nest upon the ice
beneath the oceans surface unnamed fish do slice
Everywhere in universe within it's laws do move
meticulous and intricate does creation prove
change the axis of the earth and life would not exist
no missing links have been found and yet the lie persist
The precision of it's interface keeps universe intact
so cohesive is the pattern in every little fact
why is mans reason out of line with the universe
turned his mind away from God just before the curse
To his change the animals haven't been unblind
fear of man and his hand knowing he's not kind
mankind lost respect for law and for himself
focus is on surface and not aware of Satan's stealth
Melodious is the speech of birds outside of our homes
the cacophony of nature with it's many tones
explosive is the energy if the atoms split
the power to enclose it will so few admit
Mankind's exploration isn't nearly done
infinity a subject for learning yet to come
we've barely scratched the surface of mathematics sum
to it's fascination have so many become numb
To winds and tides of doctrines do so many move
who will ask the questions and arguments so prove
the laws that governs universe are so well defined
but the souls that live on earth are of double mind
God has stretched the heavens with a movement of his hand
futility against his knowledge cannot a man to stand
wisdom she does cry and her voice puts forth
to examine natural things and upon your course
Listen not to instruction upon whose path you err
take away it will the life you hope to share
Life itself is precious do not you throw away
if you follow fallen man away from life you'll stray
The cry of the cricket do you understand
there is speech in everything that lives within the land
do you think a crocodile you will ever tame
and things undiscovered we have yet to name
How little understanding exists within man's mind
to exult himself against God's knowledge is he blind
before Jah's understanding mankind's is so weak
why from another man should you your answers seek
Bow your will before him lift your voice in praise
take in his instruction if want you length of days
Consider what you are and what you may become
in beginning were created just like God's own Son

Poetryof Providence Poem
Have you swam the forests under the seas
glided it's waters wandered it's keys
watched the gray giants and albino squid
attached to kelp leaves sharks eggs were hid
Clouded by algae just being born
followed the whales rounding Cape Horn
watching up rivers salmon schools run
fur seals cartwheeling under the sun
soft twinning corals swaying like trees
waving their branches as if in breeze
Fingers of hydra grasping their meals
under sea ferns unrolling their reels
the cuddlefish hug the limbs of it's mate
a new generation they're about to create
wondering wherever your wonder has gone
wondering how species can gender our song
a manatee grazes upon the sea grass
beneath the boats ocean swarms underpass
in every color every rainbow and hue
daily inquiry into what do they do
so graceful like ballerinas they play
wandering it's reaches by night and day
the nudibranches scaling their hills
Lobsters saluting and razorfish drills
swimming the whirlpools with shapely tails
jackass penguins and jellies with sails
predict the movements of the Blue whales
picture the angels sacheting their trails
shimmering glitters sparkling the sands
finwalkers walking as if they had hands
leatherback babies skimming the tides
upon water fountains the sea urchin's slides
a red emperor ruling the the strays
roving the shoals edging the bays
basket stars wrapping themselves in embrace
the straights and fjords where sea otters race
pipefishes drifting the eels in their caves
upon the reef floors fish dancing their raves
shoveling and building with undersea tools
the Jacks and Jills swimming to schools
tubeworms array upon hot water vents
where clownfish play anemone tents
surfing the currents and ocean spray
moving so swiftly they're off and away
composed of armies marching the streams
sea mountain passages and sub...marine dreams
within the reef beds creches do sleep
in seaweed meadows lives in the deep
Marlins found herding sardines and smelt
it's all the playground sea lives have been dealt
life's exhibition an endless parade
so many wonders radiantly displayed

Poetryof Providence Poem
You have led me beside the azure seas
to see the crimson coral of the fallen leaves
so like the rainbows that exist within our kin
the colors that lay upon our souls within
There drifts our souls in the shades and hue
where we slip the streams of the colors blue
or light their soul in softest shades of yellow
when in company as delighted companions fellow
Or quietly lay in shells still and tinged of pale grey
like the clouds that hang within the low of day
or to climb the hills the foliage with its glistening sheen
are painted trees and meadows in the depths of green
Here in life the blooms that every spectrum see
and offered us its view the veneer of eternity
and not so transparent the crystals of our glass
and our lives the shadows of pigments cast
The cosmetic gloss that we can wear like makeup
that dyes the actions which our souls we take up
some like varnish are just cover for what is dull
like the iron and the steel that contains our hull
But the tints that wash and stain our soil
can be the colors swirling within the gleams of oil
where they run together as the eddy's in the water
there each soul its colors is contained a single star

Poetryof Providence Poem
How can you stand the imitation to Life
the plastic products the trophy wife
materials the symbols of your celebrity
caged in the menagerie a heart that is not free
Life does not consist in property owned
the vultures picnic your persona dethroned
every single lie does the shill swallow
destroys your life the ideology you follow
The pillage of planet where appetites sink
desolation of humanity on the very brink
moral cowardess and riotous living pursue
the depth of depravity no longer the few
We all know we’re broken but law has no control
where a man does not care what lives in his soul
it coaxes you with promises to pleasures delight
but has stripped and defiled you cloaked you in night
Fast cars and fast women the consumers dream
what cost to the heart and mind does it bring
the envy of others who in this succeed
every craving satiated in its own greed
Do those who occupy Wall Street really want change
or is what they want the same status to arrange
mans selfish desires he’d like to justify
in same guise of lies under currants their cry
The glitter of Babylon has society attended
where selfish exaltation over others pretended
when these things are gone what clothes a man
what contribution to life where does he stand
The trappings of costumes do become lifted
and the naked display where ones soul has drifted
when you strip the disguise what will you find
the motivations that can human kind blind
Just a small question when you rise every day
your life and your choices will your character display
your speech and your actions come before your judge
what attributes did this peer pressure nudge
What should move you to the truth glorify
the war on your character seek to defy
to incite those around you give life your thought
not have the lies your consciousness bought
The World has polluted our thoughts and our speech
raped planet and humans by things it does teach
but the dictators that rule planet God intends to impeach
through the kingdom that Anointed Jesus did preach

Poetryof Providence Poem
Proliferation the wonder of it all
from a tiny seed becomes a tree tall
pollen from stamen floats on winds call
DNA puzzles do many enthrall
Written instruction for what it becomes
answers to life’s perplexing problems
a manual so tiny naked eye cannot see
engineering so fine progresses what is to be
Stored information that’s dynamic in action
investigation that understands just a fraction
plants that convert light into sugar
directions malfunction converted to injure
So much of language we don’t understand
and deny designer on length of it’s strand
like God we conceive with plans and action
to science becomes a single mans passion
We draw and layout a similar pattern
imitation configured by nature so learn
skill of arrangement and execution
who would replace design with evolution
We ourselves imitate all creation
by things produced in every nation
like God we delight to work something new
to admit being like God are those of us few
Why do so many have difficult time
that like our Father have creative mind
able to produce from imaginative skill
beauty and pleasure which in our souls thrill
Everything speaks of brilliant design
it’s language to the specifics define
communication of action individual speech
in every molecule order does teach
Expressions of Love in all that’s created
conditions within the things investigated
intelligence for foolishness many have traded
and thirst for learning becomes castigated
We comprehend not the speech of our tongue
or the effects upon whom it belong
direction of growth all order is spoken
connection with Father has become broken
Genetics embody progression of growth
contains language and communication both
from within does come outward advance
to intricate to have arrived by chance
In all of nature instruction is written
the Bible a book of directions submission
to understand Love and how we should live
and what is hidden within his missive
Jehovah to earth sent his only begotten
with his sacrifice might our hearts soften
so we might have our freedom of speech
to understand the heights that we may reach

Poetryof Providence Poem
When you were born
I was sure you were
the most remarkable thing
on the planet
as you grew I knew it was true
everything I had experienced paled
in the light of who you were
and the privilege of knowing you
an empty life became full
darkness became light
no thing men value could compare
to what is you
How many cries beneath those eyes
how much of you will I ever see
guess you're a lot like me
I have never celebrated my body
I never cried for you
I shared nothing
but you asked me to
and I never asked you
I told you no stories
for I cannot share the pain
as I was taught
that my outside should never betray
my inside
What I feel I must never show
so that you would never know
"to be seen and not heard "
not allowed to speak any word
your body is for service
close your eyes and MIND (behave)
I'm sorry my children that
I gave this legacy to you
the mother you never knew
I have so few memories of kindness
and nearly none of love
I have tried to give you
all that I had and
I don't believe in myself that
it could ever be enough
I have been trying all my life
to learn how to love
I must let you go
to make this journey yourselves
I would be privileged
to make this journey with you
and I really don't want
you focused on the past anyway
I want you looking for love
and happiness cause I'm still
looking for it too
but you all have given
my happy memories
(and I still think for you they were too few)
Psalm 139
3 For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother's womb.
14 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you,
when I was being made in secret,
intricately woven in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
in your book were written, every one of them,
the days that were formed for me,
when as yet there was none of them.

Poetryof Providence Poem
A dance of elegance they leap
in grace of movements sweep
moonlights skipping on the waves
upon the circuits the currents paves
A Spanish Dancer twirls her skirt
whose painted like a rainbows shirt
Your works oh Jah blanket the Sea
where creatures frolic internally
Where Leafy Dragons in Reefs foray
the clown fish in anemone play
the razor fish like knives in sand
but foolish men think it's not planned
Where fierce and tender Orca steals
the infant pups of many Seals
where coral forests the oceans floor
the groves of Kelp hide many more
Odd companions the crab and shrimp
who share a hole like common tent
on flows the cisterns of the Deep
the lair where Leviathan do sleep
There flying fish cavort on wing
wild aquatic souls live and sing
here Dolphins cartwheel in escapade
in pods their dancing a parade
Who understands the Songs of Whales
who carry calves and smack their tails
to starfish who cling the rock of Beaches
here low tides the mussels reaches
These lives mankind has proved a danger
to poison Seas palace he is no stranger
Here predator man competes with Sharks
in every Sea his fatal marks
The Shark only does his hunt for meal
Mankind's a predator who kill and steal
Toxic pollution down rivers flow
the dead zones that kill the life below
Life perpetuates itself by designers plan
We question it's survival , it's death by Man
Those who love the earth these traits resist
There's too much beauty divinely kissed

Poetryof Providence Poem
I remember the beach sand and swing
when you and mother were still something
I remember the ducks in the lake
you held my hand watching their wake
I remember the sheep dogs when the day was through
and the mornings grass all covered with dew
I remember the dead man and blood on the floor
my hand in my mothers as she went for the door
I remember the stairs I thought I’d fall through
and the building where she was hidden from you
she tried drowning me in the bath and the tub
her hands on my throat on the dining room rug
the pain of the walls where my body flew
the floor of the closet when she was through
I remember you entering the door
as you picked up my body from off the floor
the words were so ugly I’ve forgotten them now
but things haven’t changed much anyhow
I remember the willows and switches not few
a home not mine and the children were new
a string of families never seeming to end
the abuse and the beatings I’m not on the mend
I remember the the rage and the red flushed face
what did I do to fall from your grace
I remember the fear when I tried to hide
the man and the 2by4 when it hit my side
the bruise and welts with noone to care
my mother and father aren’t even there
I remember the family that took me in
they had no daughter just two young men
one boy was loving the other was slime
but the parents protected me most of the time
I was safe for awhile with nightmares not few
and some of my demons she helped to slew
I remember you taking me home at last
you had remarried some six months past
I remember the woman was cruel and mean
she remained that way till I was sixteen
At fifteen I had been already raped twice
the drugs and pills and the wrist yet to slice
I remember the police to the hospital sped
the straight jacket and thorazine I should have been dead
I remember the airplane that sent me away
with my half brothers mother I was to stay
my neck with a forearm pinned to the wall
my half brothers brother screaming he will have all
I remember the screaming as I flew down the stairs
his violence had caught me totally unawares
the pain as he smashed me on the walls of the hall
the kicks in the ribs after my fall
the nine months I walked in a state of fear
how I passed my classes is very unclear
I remember the man when I hitched into town
the car was a sedan of dirty brown
the doors had no handles no way to get out
he pulled out a knife and proceeded to shout
how he would cut me and make me bleed
if I didn’t fill some sort of need
how I grabbed the wheel for steering the car
when he slammed on the brakes down the road not far
when he slid out the door by the side of the road
it seemed to me that all time had slowed
he released me with curses not language unknown
from the cage of his car this bird had flown
I remember the man preaching justice and truth
but to find answers one must become sleuth
I remember the marriage and I made him swear
that to hit or harm me he must never dare
I remember the baby with curls of gold
by seventeen to marriage my father me sold
I remember the lapses of time I had lost
the forge of my youth and the price it had cost
the thread that kept me alive was so thin
in my mind it was always me against him
I remember the children that helped keep me sane
with some sort of focus with the man I had lain
I remember the striving for some sort of truth
what kind of a mother my children had in their youth
I remember it all so plain and clear
that violence from men will always be near
I swore at sixteen no child to have
if you couldn’t play safely with joy and a laugh
forgive me my children for bringing you here
the reasons I do things are sometimes not clear
My parents are gone and I do not mourn
but only for the life I was never shown
I did try to spare you the same kind of fate
I hoped that my love would be never to late
I had no control of the time or the chance
that injustice would look upon you with his glance
I raise my eyes to the heavens and vent to his name
to save all the children who are yet put thru shame
In a blast furnace my life has been forged
the tool of the hammer has formed my discourse
in molten metal I have been shaped
the tool of another I have not escaped
what of the purpose he hopes to hew
a piece of equipment all shiny and new
I remember my maker and the state of his grace
the road laid before me and the words of his face
the view of my nature he seeks to tame
with so many others who walk in the flame
in wails united to pull heaven down
and with its brightness scour the ground
his promise to do so has not yet passed
when all of mankind will feel his blast
the call has gone forth the meaning is clear
to give an accounting is so very near
those who think themselves high shall be made low
the dust of the earth their destined to know
the one that I follow has carved out the path
his star has shown brightly beneath thorn and the lash
I reach my arm forth to take hold his hand
to walk among humans woman and man
he paints a clear future for those of us all
a paradise lost to man in his fall

Poetryof Providence Poem
You spoke of Love in the kingdom to come
Where the works of hatred would be undone
you bid your disciples to follow whats true
to demonstrate its power in the actions they do
But I have seen injustice
In the congregations of God
they have castigated children
with verbal tirades they did flog
committed vicious slander
and the innocent threw away
refused to hear their lack of justice
and those who tell the truth they slay
But these actions are not hidden
from our King God has given throne
those of us who’ve seen it
our thoughts to him have shown
His retribution will not linger
with his army he arrives
expose he will oppressors
those who cover deceit with lies
They profess to be disciples
of the Christ and Father Jah
but the errors of injustice
have trespassed the Love that’s law
Into the sanctuary
I have sent this word
that like prayers of incense
their cries and tears be heard
At the house of God there’s punishment
until true mercy we can learn
willing to investigate the truth
and its advocates not spurn
You have practiced Law and Judgment
the child of God you did not see
you interpreted the scriptures
and pronounced his children unworthy
I have trouble understanding
those who lift your eulogy
so easily destroy their kin
blame not themselves as ungodly
Its always someone else’s fault
not the things you did or say
you couldn’t possibly be the reason
that from the “truth” they walked away
When you stand before the throne of God
will they judge your actions clean
all the thoughts that you committed
will prove you kind or mean
I can only say to you
I saw your justice taken away
my own afflictions and slander
paralyzed my voice that day
Even now to late in time
their judgments I do fear
they’ve spent their time convincing me
my perception is not clear
But I have spent my time
considering the instructions in your word
their placement in my heart and mind
and my pen has proved I’ve heard
to those youths I’m still connected
you’ve remained in mind and heart
I’ve considered what you experienced
and I know it’s origins start
Not all of us who worship truth
will condemn your walk away
those who expose their heartlessness
before the throne will pay
I only hope you remember
those of us who cherished you
If I could manipulate nature
none these things would you go through
I want you to remember
that’s whats broken and with flaw
have difficulty executing
the perfection of cosmic law
I hope to see you in the future
when you’ve considered my digress
what you’ve experienced in life
is very difficult to digest
The things that connect us
are more than human skin
together we are the children
of the parents who gave us sin
This is my apology
for you whom I could not defend
I was suffering my own afflictions
which prevented my love to mend
I have failed far to many
and on others can lay no blame
unlike the power that controls the cosmos
my limitations physics name
My complaints here I have spoken
but the threads of them are true
they are laid before the throne of justice
and our God and Christ will see them through
Choose to invest in excellence
but these are traits that you must learn
to humans they come not natural
your inclinations they will confirm
From your introduction I have loved you
and to my thoughts have given voice
but your own road you must travel
and free will is yours of choice
Only one thing can fill whats hollow
a majestic gift from Christ and God
that we “learn” to love each other
correct the inherited things and flawed
Self justification (self rightousness) is a peculiar
trait among mankind ….and is significantly
emboldened when applying law and tradition
and distinctly visible among those who “practice”
religion , instead of “following the truth” like a
detective …….outside appearances can be so
deceiving, whats hidden and out of visions
range the guilty are not just catholic and protestant
those who abuse the truth have always sat
right among Gods own chosen people ….
