Self- Doubt

There comes a time
For every person
When you begin to question your worth.

Sometimes you question
The extent of your work.
Is it good enough?
Is it neat enough?
Is it captivating?
Will it create awe
In the reader’s mind?

Or will it sound dull?
Empty?
Boring?
Will they call it moronic
Or a delight?

How will I know?
Am I being ridiculous?
Is this just self doubt?
Or is this real?
Is there an ounce of truth
To my doubt?

Pie

My oh my I want some pie
Need some now or I will die
Why do you elude me pie?
As I let out a loud sigh

Does anything on you taste good?
Or are you a pie from the hood?
I did read the little engine that could
And it was really, really good

I finally realized what to buy
And it definitely isn’t a pie
It's something easy to make
And it isn’t a cake

I made it with this guy named Jake
And his kind of fake
But ultimately Jake was kind
And had a good mind

That thing that was easy to make
Turned out to be baked
For it wasn’t cheesecake, cake, or pie
It wasn’t too soft or too hard
But it was the chicken I found in my backyard

God Is Always With Me

Am feeling all lonely,
With nobody to understand me
Going throw some difficult moments
However their always time to laugh and play
But their also moments of sadness and anger

Sometimes I act like the clown
I may smile for the out side
But from the inside I feel like dieing
Their may be things that we don’t understand
But theirs always somebody their for us

I think for this day that God have gave me
And for the air that I breathe for everything I have.
As I cry throw the hard night of sadness

I remember that god is always with me
No matter what we do or have done
Even thow I don’t see him but I know his with me
Every where I go his always their for me
In the hard moments his always telling me
That he loves me….

Drugs

I havent saw the light of the sun,
am sitting here in the coldness.
With many people around me.
We want to get out but we cant
we shall cry day and night missing our family.

We havent saw our family for years and months,
all we were able to see and hear their vocie
is off a phone and on the t.v we communicate with.
I always wish to see them again but sometimes we cant
I want life to go back since the day I was born but it cant.

I want to have the opportunities that many kids have today
but I started to smoke weed i thought it was cool but not no more,
I quit school at age 12 and now am in jail.
I just dont want you to end up here were i am now.
Drugs is not going to take yhu no where.
And now i should die here alone...

I Wish

“

I wish,
I wish
That I could
Just say how I feel
Out in the open
And not be hated

Why
Oh why
Can’t I just tell you
To leave me alone
It won’t come out
But I really want to

The feeling
The feeling
I get
When you come around
Annoyance, irritation, anger
They just won’t come out

Maybe someday
I just might
Tell you how I feel
I hope I do
I wish,
I wish

Where Can I Go

Where can I go?

Every day that passes I think about you,
The way you smile, and all the rest
When I meet you that afternoon
It was the most wonderful afternoon ever
When you asked me out I said yes
But now where is the love that we had

I never loved somebody the way I loved you
When we talked on the phone and on face book
We both went to sleep around 2 in the morning
And now I text you and you don’t answer

Where can I go with out you?
What is going to happen to me?
If am not with you am nobody
The only thing I can say is
** I Love You**
