Life

There was a time when life was hard,
That I thought I would never get very far.

That was then, and this is now,
That for the first time I can say wow.

Now my life is on the right track,
That I hope I never go back.

I took the time to heal and now I feel I have won,
That in my heart and soul I am number one.
