Who Am I

The clouds are heavy,
cant hold for long,
tired of providing the shade all along,

tired of doing everything for a reason,
tired of wearing faces for every season,

tired of pretending to enjoy the fun,
tired of being always on the run,

tired of overlooking other's sin,
tired of being a cause for their win,

tired of worrying of what she might say,
tired of being the pavement of her way,

tired of acting foolish,of being a buffoon,
tired of being someone else's cushion,

tired of being a mother to someone,
tired of caring for the happiness of everyone,

tired of leading the multidimensional life,
tired of being the person I am not,

the clouds are heavy,
cant hold for long,
saturated, exhausted, its time to fall,
and clear the sky,
so that the sun may shine,
help discover myself - Who am I?

Where To Be

To strech beyond the endless sky,
with no baggage of guilt to carry,
spread the wings, just aspire to fly,
no wants, no cause for worry.

To plunge beneath the deepest ocean,
wearing a suit, a mask for sight,
tearing shoal of fishes' motion,
and bury many a trivial fight.

ironically, today I stand firm on the ground,
attempting to connect the future to past,
No wings to fly, No fins to drown,
wondering, am I in this place miscast ?
