Jay Bacchioni Poem
He see's kids
running
jumping
playing
but He, He sits there
still,
surveying
"This is the future"
He says to himself
As one kid goes down the slide
like a tiny little elf
"Protect this generation" He mumbles
as He leaves from under the tree
for the future is now,
Agree?

Jay Bacchioni Poem
If everyone lives in a fantasy world
then what, actually, is reality?
There's too many people on this ill-fated earth
afraid to embrace their own unique mentality.
But these people, these people, need to grow
and become one within themselves
Or they'll all just rot here, on this earth
like old fruit, left up on the shelves.
You gotta laugh at life
see it through a child's eyes.
Cause if you don't, man, I feel sorry
Your the victim of your own demise.
