You are the strongest person I have ever known...

You always made sure we had everything and you did it on your own...
I want to say I'm sorry for all the things that I've done wrong...
I know it wasn't an easy job trying to be my mom...
We didn't always get along when I was younger and sometimes we still don't see eye to eye...
But when ever I needed you,you were always by my side...
And I hope you know if you ever need me all you have to do is call...
I'll be standing right behind you to catch you if you fall...
I know I am lucky to have a mom as great as you...
And I just want to say I love mom and I am grateful for all you have done for me and all
that you still do...
I love you very much mom!Thanks for being my mom

Life is full of surprises so many different things...
As each day comes to an end you never know what tomorrow is going to bring...
Despite our differences from the past we have always managed to remain friends...
And who would of thought that we would be back here again...
Second chances don't come along every day...
And those who are lucky enough to receive them don't let them slip away...
So today I give you all of me my love,my trust,my heart...
For today is about second chances and making a brand new start...
I wrote this poem back in 2001 for my mom when she remarried my step dad
It was read in during their wedding

I live for your smile,I long for your touch...
Every since you've been gone I miss you so much...
I knew soon after we met that you were always going to be somebody I wanted in
my life...
Cause I see you my sweet northside boy and who you really are inside...
When we are alone I see the other side of you that nobody ever see's...
I can see your beautiful heart,I can feel it everytime you make love to me...
And I know that this is where I belong,this is where im ment to be...

You can love me or hate me I am who I am...
What part of I'm never gonna change don't you understand?
I just want to be happy and I just want to be free.
I just want to feel like its ok to be me...
Wanting to be excepted to feel like I belong...
I've stood on the outside looking in for so very long...
Sometimes it hurts but I push it down just like I always do...
You are suppose to be my family yet I don't feel like I'm even apart of you...
But in a way I gotta thank you for making me in to the person I've come to be...
And finely after all this time I'm ok with just being Neese...
