Jaicee Robbennolt Poem
The cold tears fall like forever fast rain.
They will not stop their relay races.
Not a single laughter can stop the pain.
The falling shower soaks up the laces.
Children learn to cope with their aching souls
And their wanting dreams seem to fade away.
Presents for them are eternally dull.
The days pass by without a single play.
Hope is all they have to get through the time.
Summer turns to fall, winter turns to spring.
The blissful days they could never call mine.
Some of the children gain their golden wings.
Now they are in heaven where they belong.
They will be remembered for their sad song.

Jaicee Robbennolt Poem
A modern day illusion
A field of forever sunshine,
Of forever happiness
The sky so blue
The air filled with flowers
A land to call home
Along the horizon a storm
Black as emptiness
My world was turned around
The wind was swift
The rain harsh
Hail crashed to the ground
Rays scattered the clouds
The end was near
I will shed one more tear
A rainbow bright and true
Stood against darkness
I smile as I run to you
Warm and full of joy
You hold me dear
I am home again

Jaicee Robbennolt Poem
What dreams may come
When you reach the end of a rainbow
When you find that pot of gold
What dreams may come
When you sail the seven seas
When you answer the seven wonders
What dreams may come
When you learn how to fly
When you reach Heavens’ gates
What dreams may come
When we stand hand in hand
When we live heart to heart
What dreams may come
When our beginning starts
When our love has no end
These dreams will come
When you look in my eyes
When you take the key to my heart
These dreams will come
When you listen to my thoughts
When you know everything about me
These dreams will come
When you’re not afraid of the future
When we are one
These dreams will come
When I walk down the isle
When we say ‘I Do’
These dreams will come
When we live as one
When we grow old together
