Desert Dreaming

In the desert I sleep,
under the sun it creeps,
slithering in the dune,
Cresting waves in its wake,
I dream crimson dreams,
Of red light twisting,
like a serpent it eases,
on the earth it pleases,
over my burning body,
fangs strike plunging,
forever desert dreaming.

Bog

There was an old man who lived in a bog
And he owned a hog
Each time the hog farted
The old man darted
right out of the back door.

Time Ocean

In the end there is time,
for it never ends,
Not like a river,
But an endless ocean,
I swim in place,
For only a glimpse of her face.

Gaze of Medusa

In the sand I sleep,
Under the sand she creeps,
gentle dreams of peace I see,
She sense me with glee,
Turning over I see,
Medusa's gaze piercing me,
I took her hand,
went under the sand,
To dream gentle dreams.

Fire

Passion inflames my heart,
For I cannot last when we part,
For however long you may be,
Please don't forget about me,

Fire fire burning bright
I must hold my love tonight,
The sadness held at bay,
Waiting for the day.

The Head Collector

With a blade in one hand and a spade in the other,
The man goes to work,
Bodies on the ground,
the living soon to be found,
When the blade meets necks,
and the heads roll.

Collecting the head he takes care,
For tradition he cannot spare,
With fresh water he bathes,
In the sun he slaves,
To honor the valiant dead,

For he knows the way,
as his father before him,
What is the human body,
Filled with waste and want,
But the head,
Even dead,
Has more spirit than a skin of filth,

so with respect in his heart he continues to work,
Respecting the dead,
Cleansing the heads,
So that the warriors are remembered.

Fatal Friend

With sword in hand awaiting the bandit band,
I see an old friend that I know I can depend,
Death is here blood glistening on his spear,
With a mighty shout waving my blade about,
I rush towards my foe to strike a mighty blow,
For if I fall I will lose not all,
For my friend is here and I shall not fear,
For he will avenge me even if it takes years.

Beach

White sand glitter,
though my tears are bitter,
Our love is without end,
in the land of love and sand,
even through the pain,
your light shines through.

Break Free

In a sane world were do us, the mad fit in?
It is never ending this search to call a place
home when your mind is twisting and turning, never thinking straight.
But in this never
ending cycle who truly cares.
Thoughts of whats is and what shall be are things of the
prophets, not one am I.
In the darkness do I dwell, in the spaces in between can you find
me gibbering and ranting in the solitude of my mind.
In shades of black and red do I see
the path never straight as you would see but a spiral
of sameness that in my madness I
strive to break free.

Ravens Peace

Oh how she walks through the mist,
pistol clutched in her fist,
a dark angel she waits,
Her blood lust she sates,
the queen of the dead,
In a dress of ebony,
living in a state of harmony,
The Raven awaits,
for death she anticipates,
to fly free she needs,
but bound to the mortal coil,
she endlessly toils,
To find peace.
