Are you the one I can run to when the world turns against me?
Are you the one I can depend on when I’m at my weakest moment?
You’re the one I lean on when I can’t stand no more
I look at you to take my mind away from the chaos
When the paparazzi harasses me about last week’s victory
Baby I’m a man who wants the simple things in life
So I ask myself are the one for me?
I don’t need special attention when I received it from sports
I don’t need caterers especially when I eat very well
I tell you to be there and stay here with me and never stress
Because I can enjoy this with you and you holding me down
From jump I want you to acknowledge the love I’m giving
To be my number one isn't easy or hard
Be you and you will find us together more and more
But can I call you to answer my phone call?
Can I text you and know you will text back?
Can I eat dinner with you without ruining the moment?
Questions that need to be answered in sometime timely fashioned
So are you the one for me?

Never had I experienced love like you
Nor seen or define love as you
So intriguing yet so tender
I don’t know where to begin
But I’m glad you’re here with me
The moon is singing our song
And I’m here waiting for you
Let’s dance and parade around love
Grip me tighter as I slow dance your mind away
Move right as I reclined your hair
Move left as I spin you around
But as dawn approaches and the mist rises
I begin to wonder where to take you after
Shall I take you home or on the moon
I don’t know what to do
You got me spilling my words
This love is unusual to me
But I’m glad it’s with you

We fuss and fight like two kids
Fighting over stupid things
We use to be inseparable
Couldn’t keep each other away
People thought we were perfect
A match made in heaven
But we lied to them
You let your comfort get the best of you
You let your ego ruin your life
When I stop putting out
You become impatient
When I stop buying stuff
You became materialistic
I don’t know what happened
But you have changed
My career has became successful
And your became something else
But you never thought karma would catch you
You constantly accused me of cheating
Now look at you crying on my phone
Shaking two leaves in a tree
Thinking I’m a take you back
You always wanted a river
So cry me a river…

Why must we fight this feeling amongst each other?
Together we are inseparable
And even more we deserve each other
We continue to play this game of love
Until somebody has had enough
Too tired from chasing around
So you lie and say you’re not home
Out with your friends
And putting us on hold
You deceived our love and tell me an excuse of why you can’t
What a shame you had something good
But you played me and our feelings…..

We made love within a storm
In the midst of passion and mayhem
Somewhere, somehow love is in the air
In the eye of the storm
The ocean waves bangs against the surface
As our friendship was set on hold
Didn’t expect this, didn’t expect it to be me and you
But as the rain pour harder
I feel myself hard in you
As the storm passes
The ocean is calm
Our friendship is back to normal

I HAVE SINNED MANY TIMES AND MANY WAYS
I HAVE DISRESPECTED OTHERS AND WORSE HURT ANOTHER
WHEN I FEEL LIKE I AM CURSED
I SEE TO HAVE OTHERS ENDOR WHAT I AM FEELING
BUT STILL YOU WAIVED AWAY MY DIRT
YOU FORGAVE ME WITH OUNCE OF BLOOD YOU SHED
AND BESTOW IT UPON THE GOOD I DO FOR OTHERS
A CHANGED MAN I AM TODAY
ONLY TO THE LIVE TESTIMONIES I WITNESS
I GAVE ALOT OF GRIEF ABOUT OPENING UP TO MY PAST
BUT YOU GAVE ME THE SENSE OF PATIENCE TO OPEN WHEN I WAS READY
FOR THAT I AM GRATEFUL FOR THINGS YOU SHARE WITH ME
AS I AM THE CAPTAIN OF MY TEAM
I FEEL AS IF I HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGED 90 MEN HEART

They could never understand
What they have done to you
You’re often criticized
Of what you haven’t done
Or talked about what you should have done
In denial about what's happening
Making since of nothing so you believe you a star
When they cut you like a chicken
With his head cut off
A true story
A beautiful opinionated moon
In a relationship with a star
A star that has risen from depths
This star was lied to by another star
A star who was envious of him
He told him to go to Earth
Pick roses and come back
But the star forgot
Once you leave no return
Tears of fallen star…
As he looks up and cries to his moon…
