I've created a gift for you
Sweethearts day coming near
When true love or lovers
Give from the heart
With a tear

This gift a simple flower
It is only a crimson rose
Yet it's a whispering flower
It's secret only we will know

Within each velvet petal
My love within them true
Dream of their every heartbeat
To embrace and hold you tight

Should you happen to awaken
In deep late evening hours

On a special day like this
When true lovers play
I just can't seem to find
The right words to say

Yet should I present
A more priceless gift
Something more precious
For her thoughts to sift

Should I capture a star
To lay at her feet
One for each time
My heart skipped a beat

Or for every time
Above vast oceans roar
When her kiss of passion
Made my spirit soar

Should I present her flowers
Blossomed from buds in spring

I have traveled far and wide

But never found my true love

Warm Sands Beneath Our Feet

Golden sunlight beckons for us
Warm sands beneath our feet
In whispers of ocean waves
You and I are now complete

My heart melts into your eyes
As you come softly to me
I can't help but hold you tight
Our love was meant to be

It seems like only yesterday
Within your warm embrace
I kissed around your lovely eyes
And our hearts fell out of place

Brokem hearts behind us now

No other love could we ever find

I just can't look in your eyes
They send me so high above
There is nothing left of me
Just a warm pool of your love

I just can't sense of your heart
Again I'm sent so far away
To where I may never return
But that's where I want to stay

I just can't touch your skin
So silken and so soft

Oh I just can't get enough

There will be those who may cast us

Beautiful are the moonlit skies

The future holds no depth of pain
From heart and soul without remorse
Yet within true love remains
Two spirits joined to fly their course

Tho voices come and go and lives be gone
Life is here and shall be shared
By two and not for a single one
