ALL I ASK IS A CHANCE TO LIVE
Oh! How I feel the warmth of God’s grace.
And oh! How I long for the breath of life.
A seed is planted and life begins.
Who is to say what that seed will give?
And all I ask is a chance to live.
Oh! When man’s shadow covers the seed.
Oh! Move aside; let God’s sunshine in.
No cold tears will fall on this seed.
The choice of life is God’s to give.
Listen, listen . What do you hear down deep?
Within, a voice, a voice, oh! I hear.
All I ask is a chance to live.
When time has come, God’s choice is here.
Man no different, the fruit will appear.
Now in his image, his will is to be.
Go forth and love and live his will.
See God’s gift, his gift of seeds is
not for man to give.
And listen, listen and you will hear.

LOVE IS NEVER COLD

It only seems like yesterday. The hours and days have melted away.
Each sunrise each sunset has been our lives.
Through circles of seasons our love has endured.
Like a candle in the breeze.
One moment bright . Sometimes a glow, but never cold.
Young lives of joy and passion.
Hoping to forever endure.
Our growing love as one for life.
Moments of joy. Some in tears.
Like a candle in the breeze.
One moment bright. Sometimes a glow, but never cold.
Bonds of gold we made.
Our love eternal always to glow.
Learning to give. Learning our way.
Learning from each other that to take.
Our love within is what we gave.

NEW BANDS OF GOLD
Against the oceans endless waves. The golden fire tries to end the day.
Bright dancing diamonds sprinkle new light for us to see.
We will walk new paths and travel new ways. Staggering with child-like fearless
playful ways.
Entwined, our laughter bouncing on the Diamond Sea.
Our love reaches out to quench the golden fire that tries to end the day.
This day is not to end.
Painted in our minds, in our hearts to forever hold.
For today we wear New Bands of Gold.
