duck

little duck dawdles
looks at the pond for a face
face of white beauty

yellow feet of joy
sunshine of warmth from the sky
self growth mighty high

Kisses to my enemies

Kisses to my enemies,
Kisses to my foes,
I'll stand tall when the cold wind blows.
I may face my nemesis,
In battles that rise,
But never will I bow or compromise.
No sugar-coated lies, no hollow shows.
I’ll never fall back, no matter how the storm grows.

Cycle of Confusion

Cycle of life so confusing,
my life turns upside down just like falling off a swing!
Born to be cherished only to receive hate.
Forgive me, life, but why am I always the bait?
Wanted to live in peace with love and passion.
The man who gave me life took it away in seconds.
Awful, awful, awful, I truly hate your face.
Are you happy now? To see your daughter's life go to waste?

A hopeful day

Doom falls over my day,
Makes me feel like a corpse about to decay.
"A pitiful life," is what I say.
But life will move my heart to sway,
I will move on to my way,
And that day my smile will stay.
Birds will chirp and play,
Their music to my ears will make me gay.
