Isabella More Poem
Today I stood
Stared at the Tree’s wood
Wondered what if I could
What if I understood
What it means to be good
Are we seeds
Meant to practice said good deeds
For God to show us mercy
Do we really show up at pearly gates?
Those deeds deciding our fates
I wonder if He loved me
Then would he not take off the weights that drown me endlessly?
Maybe that is not how real love is shown
Maybe I must stay by the Tree
Wait and See

Isabella More Poem
Overcoming and recovering from my addiction to you
the highs and lows of loving you,
worth more than any precious jewel
The hangovers from our endless cycle of abuse
The nights of talking each problem through
The days where smoke filled up our rooms
The years we spent
I’d like to say the time was not misused
My muse
Worth more than the moon, sun and those measly planets too
The things i'd do to rewind the time
when you ran my mood
even if it wasn’t that good
i miss having you in my neighborhood

Isabella More Poem
Memories turned bittersweet
Starting to make the room smell with the foul stench of our corpse’s rotting meat
Here lie our bodies in a vicious defeat
Shall we take a seat?
As our time seems to be up
With the little life around our remains
We might still flip a dime
I choose tails to make you mine
You choose heads to put us to bed
That’s how we wound up dead
Finally put our sob story to a tragic end
