The stars tonight

The night sky is full of stars.
  They glitter, sparkle, and shine.
  Shooting stars flash by fast
and they are very pretty and
rare to see. Make a wish fast,
  before the shooting star goes,
  and maybe your wish might
come true. Stars so far, yet
  so close to us sometimes.
Wink, wink they say, telling us
good luck, to all who see us
  zooming past.

Life zooms by too fast

Life fly by. Faster and faster each day. You wish you could slow down the speed of time but you can't slow it down. You know your time is coming soon and yet your fate is set. You can't stop it from happening. You feel such deep despair and sadness. You think it's unfair that this can't be brought to a stop, and that you come back and away from death's door and back into this life's world. You wish you had longer, than you did with the people that you cherished and loved so deeply every day. They will always remember you and they will never forget you. They will always remember the days when all of us had fun together. You pray to him every day, and hopefully he'll hear those loving words and memories.

Beauty on Earth

Beauty is everywhere you look. Your children, your job, the landscaping around a house, and birds chirping happily every sunny day. Beauty is found in wisdom, books you read, poems you write or read, and in quotes. Animals are gorgeous when you're looking at or watching them. A rainstorm is full of amazement and a rainbow at the end is full of different colors. Rainbows are magical, lovable, and beautiful to see. Exploring new plants and animals you see is a curious beauty and a special beauty. Being in love for the first time is a wonder and is very beautiful to experience. Campfire flames are beautiful when flickering but dangerous. Having road trips is a wonder and amazing adventure, full of beauty in laughing family photos or memories. Beauty is inside of everyone. We hear beauty in musical instruments playing, when we enjoy sports, and when having a relaxing day at home or with friends. Beauty in giving to others instead of yourself, sharing and cherishing beloved moments or photos in a scrapbook. Beauty is the love you give to others that you get back in return.Everyone needs to feel, see, and experience beauty at some point in their lives!!

A pretty day in March

The green color of the bay looks so refreshing and cold. The boats speeding across the surface of the water look fun, scary, and exciting. The sun feels warm on my skin. The boats make different sounds. The sparkly water looks magical and pretty.A sailboat is gliding over the wavy waters, heading to a new destination. Airplanes that only fly in the sky, high above land or water also head towards a new but familiar destination, to drop off the passengers that are on that plane at an airport. A gorgeous March day on Saturday has so many different places to look at and see. The wind feels wonderful, cooling your hot and sweaty body down.

Two types of dreams

Dreams are wonderful sometimes. Dreams can be good and bad, scary and terrifying, happy and beautiful, or joyful and peaceful. Nightmares are worse than good dreams because you wake up from the nightmare that frightened you. Nightmares can also make it difficult to get back to sleep and nightmares are like horror movies that you watch as you are sleeping. Nightmares scare you into thinking that you are in actual danger when you wake up, once you’re aware of realizing that it was a bad dream then you feel better. Nightmares can make you feel tired throughout the day and you are not feeling great and need coffee to wake you up. Unlike nightmares, good dreams are fun to have and they are peaceful and fun for everyone. Good dreams won’t wake you up like nightmares because they always have happy images, which you are watching as you sleep, like a movie on tv, a phone, a iPad, and at a movie theater. Good dreams make you sleep well and you feel 100% rested throughout the day. Even though you have good dreams at night while asleep, drinking coffee early in the morning helps you to wake up faster so you are able to drive to work, to college, to a friends house or to your parents house, to your appointments, to grocery stores or hardware stores and to restaurants and even to other companies.

Secrets beyond the surface

The rain is pouring, it's the afternoon.
My soul is weeping, till the truth comes
alive. I keep the secrets inside, that
are trying to hide, but they come
alive.

What depression feels like

Ink bleeds from her pen as she struggles to cage the words that ache in her chest.
Darkness encases her soul as she struggles through the black dangerous waters of the sea that won’t allow her to escape or breathe. She tries desperately to escape and find the light through these dark, nasty, shark-hungry creatures that circle her nonstop, until they leave for good, until the next time they come back on a dark gloomy sad day. She cries out for help as she tries, desperately to stay above the surface before she sinks down into the gnarled twisted roots of the old trees that grab at her ankles, pulling her deeper into despair. She sees a break in the darkness that tries dragging her down into its depths so she heads for it and finally after a few long moments she finds herself back in the sunshine’s beautiful yellow light and the trees are bright, green, and vibrant with life. These tree roots are healthy and happy instead of gloomy. She notices how much different she feels when she’s happy and fun to be around than when she’s depressed and dead inside. She is bursting with life and happiness and joy!! She feels lighter and more freed and so she laughs in joy as she sees life’s beauty and happiness all around her in families, dogs playing and walking, children laughing and having fun together with each other, the happy parents watching them, the birds chirping joyfully and she hears the sound of peace at last, in love and trust and in her own family, who are all worried about her and are finally feeling happy that she feels so joyful and happy again.
Depression takes the fun out of life. Depressed people are unhappy and maybe sad. Depression can make you feel like you are in a black void.

Time

Time is meaningful, yet
unimportant to some people.
Some people worry about
how fast time goes by on a
clock, while others do not
worry. The people that are
worrying are frightened
that they will not get
everything finished or
completed that day. Others
have nothing to do, so they
do not worry at all and they
relax. They watch movies,
read books, take a bath or
a shower and even play
with their dog(s) or cat(s).
They don’t need to stress
over anything, worry about
work, or getting everything
done on time.

My feelings

The sun is shining brightly, on a gorgeous morning day. My soul is happy and joyful. The birds are singing in my ears, and the songs they sing are beautiful. Flying cheerfully, and freely, in blue skies that are so gorgeous. They flit and swoop, glide and climb, whilst enjoying the sunshine of the day. Butterflies hover around us and the outstanding colors they have. They share their happiness with us, so we share it with others too.
