always at night

When I was alone,
At the wintry forest lake,
I think at midnight,
In the dark nights of summer,
The cold against warm,
I wished to Aphrodite,
Maybe Venus too,
Someone could be next to me,
Which was really weird,
For I never loved loving,
Maybe for a change?
After one hundred one nights,
Alas, someone came—
You filled up my empty life,
You hugged me so tight,
Yet for once, my mind felt loose,
It unraveled up,
To let in your affection.
My head spun around,
For this was a first for me,
To get so adored,
That I fell both to loving,
And for your warm love.
It's been long since you arrived,
Yet it never fades.
I kept all the gifts you brought,
Pondering on how,
How did I get into this,
Something so caring?
I really shouldn't complain,
I do admire you,
Every starry tender night,
You make it so endearing.

chained down

See to it
That you remember
The cage of
Those who tried
Defying the oppresion
Of those who sought wrath

Paths of life
Please choose the right one
Rig ht or wro ng
Make it quick
Thereare people in line here
Impatient waiting

Never more
Chasing so blindly
On fake star s
Dead night sky
Prometheus never came
We all stay stupid

it goes like do-do-do-do

i'll do it no matter what time it is,
whether it's a humid, hot, bright twelve noon,
or twelve midnight making me so restless.
it's the thoughts that will overtake me—soon.

i'll do it, i won't care if i do lose.
i was always a song without a tune.
could i have even had the right to choose?
all the actions, words against me were true.

i'll do it again and again and again,
until all my 'agains' can't be counted.
open me up to see all my membranes:
the only thing that hugged me 'til the end.

i'll do it—please! let me bleed out my words,
with a cough, a whisper, a vow to end.
please bury me—return me to the dirt!
the trees: my guardians; the worms: my friends.

i'll do it and live for another day,
carrying a scar so light yet heavy.
this time, sincerely, i'll find the right way,
without thorns that slash and leave you empty.

it will pass, wounds will heal and peel off me,
blood won't leak out my body, nerves relaxed,
listen to some music, the clock, i'll meet,
to see that in time, prevail does the facts.

on a random but cold saturday night,
i would've thought about why i got fit,
finally fit to see life to be bright,
i'll remember that i didn't do it.

amygdala, aorta, and everything else

Blue people around a table—
gloves, nets, gowns, everything is blue.
He was just waiting for a call,
Maybe his life was hung up too?

They removed his glorious crown,
a crown placed on his head his birth.
The cold scalpel moved its way down,
skipping everything from the dirt.

It found something full of the soul,
Almonds! they saw sorrow, cried out.
It was never your fault at all.
It's never wrong to be cowards.

A bird locked in a nested cage,
Cries, cries, cries! The veins cried out blood!
Flowers bloom from a ripped out page,
It never hurts when it's at dawn.

A glance, a touch, a cut to thrive,
All they could see were broken strings,
But they didn't know how to tie.
Maybe they should leave it as is?

Fly high, my innocent white dove.
Stitches close what we could've been,
but for now, please remove your gloves.
The time of death: 4:59.

You can have my corpse and my worms,
Oh but what did you do that for?

sweetened plantains with ice

Cherry flowers bloom,
But for now, this time around,
I pick by myself.
I stare into the sunset,
To contrast myself from trash.

for the flimsy ones

Do you wait for it to just pass?
Swallowing up their hurtful gaze?
If so, then take this day as your last.

You always have someone else's stance,
Never thought of what remains.
Do you wait for it to just pass?

Does the way you yourself dance,
Always have a different pace?
If so, then take this day as your last.

Worry not, you're a blooming flower among grass!
Embroider yourself in the sun's rays—
Do you wait for it to just pass?

Feeling ripped in a single hard glance,
Like your confidence has been set ablaze?
If so, then take this day as your last.

I know the idea's hard to grasp,
But this truth is not just a phase.
Do you wait for it to just pass?
If so, then take this day as your last.

winter of our discontent

I am quotes cut short;
Express thoughts different from
Scars of paperbacks.
I am ignored, unspoken—
Leave my wounds open for thoughts.

until nothing can be made of

(when my wounds have stopped bleeding and) [their eyes close for just a moment]
(i remove my sharpened bandages yet) [earth cares not of my turmoil i am blanketed in]
(why is there shame in hurting) [skin that was molded greatly in the eyes of no one]
(stars that glimmer for the sake of the night) [seldom bothered by the crowd]
(please i have nothing left to offer get me off) [the tables that merely overhear murmurs]
(this world that munches me bit by bit) [scratches again and again]

until nothing can be made of

(me) [it]

puzzling life

Life's for you to solve and decode,
That's how your lifelong river flows!
Mysteries all under the sun,
And it's for you to call it done.

Face the truth through unwinding roads,
Life's for you to solve and decode.
It brings you to where the wind blows,
The places that anyone goes.

Don't let the time belittle you,
See what the world holds for you too.
Life's for you to solve and decode,
For it will return what it owes.

The days hold clues to inch closer—
As you also walk to closure.
Final tip to bring on the road:
Life’s for you to solve and decode.

autumn

autumn
a time of change
jump on piles of brown leaves
warm comfort and melancholy
harvest
