Balance of the Heart

Don't let anyone be everything to you,
For hearts are fragile, and skies are blue.
To place all trust in a single soul,
Is to risk losing your own control.

Let others be a part, not the whole,
A gentle piece within your soul.
For in the dance of give and take,
True strength is found in what you make.

Seek balance in love, in loss, in grace,
Keep some light in your sacred space.
For no one should be your entire sky,
Hold your wings, and learn to fly.

Joyful Learning, Lifelong Impact

We nurture brains, which develop and shape lives.
We work with passion, which builds a strong foundation.
We foster growth, which makes it worth.
We make learning joyful, which empowers learners to be successful.
We are lesson turners, which produces lifelong learners.

Endings and Echoes, New Chapters Unfold

Years of togetherness now lead us apart.
Desks remain untouched, pages left unturned, charts unread.
Dust blankets everything, forgotten in time.
A new path unfolds.

Laughter echoes through empty walls,
Curtains cling to memories long gone.
The ceiling seems to hold those smiles,
As if everything is still alive.
A new journey begins.

Writing boards erased, markers cast aside,
Files grow old, shelves stand silent.
Awaiting fresh stories, new memories to be made,
A future ready to be written.

Yet the spirit of learning moves forward,
A new academic year will arrive.
With laughter, new faces, and open hearts,
We forge new memories in the making.

And so a new voyage starts,
Writing another chapter in the dairies of time.

Reflections of the Soul

Inside everyone, there are shadows,
And also some bright, shining light.
Our eyes show us what we see,
Based on the roads we've traveled.

Our experiences add color to life,
It's a journey that is old but new.
Inside us all, dark and bright things
Move together quietly.

Moment of Evaluation

In an open hall, hearts begin to race.
All seated calmly, supervisors watch with grace.
As papers are handed out, curiosity ignites.
My learners stand before me, their knowledge in light.

They write what I’ve taught, what they now know,
Expectations rise as the results start to glow.
Grades are received, reflecting the guiding hand.
A measure of success in the eyes that understand.

We Hold Each Other Through the Mountains

If I fall, I’ll hold your hand,
Through broken paths and shifting sand.
And if you push me through the mountain high,
I’ll steady you beneath the sky.

When storms arrive and lights grow dim,
We’ll rise together, limb by limb.
Not one alone, nor one in vain—
We’ll carry each other through joy and pain.

Looking Through Old Glass

People look at what they don't know,
Using what they already show.
They judge the new by what they've learned,
But sometimes, facts can be overturned.

The Fire's Truth

Some things are born to burn bright,
To dance in flames, to kiss the night.
They do not fade, they do not ash,
Their spirit's flame will ever last.

Not all ends in quiet dust,
Some leave behind a sacred trust.
For some things can only burn,
Their fierce desire will always yearn.
