Along With The Thunder

Verse 1:

How invasive—so intrusive!
I hate the way you do these things
How pervasive — and perverted!
While you’re out there still perusing
Your intentions — all infected!
You’ll never stop at looking.

Verse 2:
Go ahead — Just give in!
Sitting pretty — loudly vain
Already tempted, so profane
Now my patience splits in twain!

Pre-Chorus:

I warned you once, I’ve warned you twice,
But now look! You've rolled the dice,
The game is done; your time is shot,
Cause, whether you like it or not—
So begins the slaughter.

Chorus:

I’ll take you round the corner’s bend,
And strike like lightning, sharp to end.
I didn't come to play pretend!

I say - I'll drag you round the bend!
Strike fast, just like a Viper!
Watch you stumble, take a tumble,
I will laugh like rolling thunder.

Verse 3:

It’s not enough you stare me down,
You reach for more and take the crown
You’re rude and lewd - so delusive,
Bold and cold, and so abusive.

Verse 4:
My blood begins to boil and rush,
From heart to veins— too much to bear!
From veins to brain, it floods my mind,
This madness grips me in a snare!
I am not insane! Let me explain!

Pre-Chorus:

I warned you once, I’ve warned you twice,
But now look! You've rolled the final dice.
The game is done; your time is shot,
Cause, whether you like it or not—
So begins the slaughter.

Chorus:

I’ll take you round the corner’s bend,
And strike like lightning, sharp to end.
I didn't come to play pretend!

I say - I'll drag you round the bend!
Strike fast, just like a Viper!
Watch you stumble, take a tumble,
I will laugh like rolling thunder.

Verse 5:
The slaughter starts!
Coming left, coming right,
Feel it crash like waves tonight.
The slaughter starts!
Snakes will swipe,
Eyes aglow; set to bite.

Verse 6:
The slaughter starts!
If I were you, I’d place a bet—
Cry all you want, but don’t forget,
There’s no escape, no safety net!

Verse 7:
And at last, when I am
Finally! Fully! Through with you,
You’ll pay the price — long overdue.

Verse 8:
My wrath is molten, mercy cold
So I confess—no grace to hold
I won’t pardon you as God,
For here, on earth, I see only the fraud—
Your soul and spirit far too flawed.

Verse 9:
The truth is laid bare and plain,
In your soul, there lies a stain,
On either side of eternity,
You are nocent — eternally.

Verse 10:
No more innocence to take
It's not your soul, but bones I'll break!
That's a promise sealed in fate,
Now meet your end — you worthless rake!

When God Speaks

Verse 1:

A flood of golden promises
Flowing from Heaven's throne.
God's word made flesh -
So that many may atone.
Let this truth ring clear:
Unshaken from year to year
