My Soulmate

Dear my missing half,

Thank you for this tear on the cusp of my eye
Thank you for giving me space to fly
But without you in my life, do I have any desire to soar that high?
Your angelic features and beautiful eyes do little to hide that loving heart devoid of any lies
I wish we could cuddle and speak of our souls dreams while we watch the sunrise
Cut out every little piece of this mundane life as we join back together beyond the limits of time
For this love matters not through reason or rhyme, two hearts tied together made of something divine
I love you, though we haven't met
I love you, by the fire in my chest
I love you, beyond deaths last caress
And may we meet soon while we dwell in mortal flesh
No longer do I chase as I wait patiently for your silhouette ??

The Truth Within The Fear

Lost in the mist, isle of the empty
Thoughtless abyss styled under six feet
Reminiscing below the dark palm trees
The moonlight over the horizon fog
Unseeable, a thousand eyes abroad
Repeatable mistakes inside the smog
A longship drops anchor swords drawn in hand
The sands quake with danger, fear intwine with man
Death is a painter, and life weaves it's plans
Poetic justice, for those trapped in lies
Rehabilitate, prisoners of mind
What do angels taste when faced with divine?
Finding acceptance within heart and soul
All embellished to let go of control

Self-Discovery

I am Love, Love is I
Freefalling, below the sky
Slow rotting, I know it's time
Unthawing, my countless eyes
Still wonder, who am I
Authentic, no disguise
Heart empty, I hope it's lies
I illuminate the skyline with truth that multiplies
High... My pinnacle
Heroic by nature but I brand myself a criminal
No escape from the same reality that's killing you
I lived with a frozen heart, crystalline like an igloo
Pure pristine, the frost drips like mildew
I scream for my ice queen, nameless she remain
Scarred and wounded, I realize our hearts beat the same
Your pain is mine, vice versa
Rewind, focus those beautiful eyes between your heart and spine
Lean into forgotten emotions like scattered proponents and emerge divine
For my past, I forgive and apologize
The fire in my chest so intense, that past version of myself would commit suicide
I awaken do not fret, without a sweat I unhypnotize
Reunified with my higher mind, pure clarity never again blind
