The song of the maiden

As long as the wind blows,
As long as the birds fly,
Mine own affection for you only expands.

Hero gave everything for Leander.
I’m not sure if sacrifice is what life’s about,
But if it is, I’d give all my blood and breath for you.
To me, you are the world.
You are life itself.
There’s nothing more than you.

No matter what it takes,
Like Psyche, I’d face every trial,
Just to have you, not just for a moment, but for life.

I’d take the pain with the joy,
Walk barefoot over thorns,
If it means I’d truly be yours.

For love is immortal, even when we are not;
Let me be yours, for I’ve already surrendered—
Singing my devotion until my final breath.

As I write the final chapter of our love story,
I pray you’ll be my Odysseus,
For I’d spend a lifetime waiting, even for just a moment to be yours.

For You

For you, I’d stand against the world,
But for you, I’d embrace my world.

For you, I’d be the most selfless person,
But for you, I’ll be as selfish as no one has ever seen.

For you, I’d endure thorns and flames with no hesitation,
But for you, I’ll protect and save myself to every extent.

For you, I’d write in every book with the last drop of my blood,
But for you, I’d leave and go away to the end.

For you, I’d let myself get destroyed,
But for you, I’ll rise, reborn, be fierce as a phoenix.

For you, I’d do every wrong,
But for you, I wouldn’t dare make one.

For you, I’d cross every limit,
But for you, I’ll be wherever I’m.

For you, I’d surrender all, as long as it’s truly “for you.”

The Power of Love

She saw him, and a chill ran through her heart.
His eyes, sparkling like stars, held hers.
As the wind blew, her soul soared, yet she was stuck.

He saw her, and her beauty left him breathless,
Numb, trembling,
His heart raced, calling out her name,
They stood there, lost in each other’s gaze.

O Venus, is this love?
It feels too perfect, too unreal—
Could it just be a fantasy?
Or a trick from Aphrodite herself?
But it felt like nothing less than destiny.

Even now, her heart stirs with that feeling,
The kind of chill only love can bring.
O Venus, did you feel it too?
The undeniable power of love?

Son of the Amphritite

The ocean is calm tonight,
its waves gently reaching old friends on the shore.
The sky fades, vanishing into the night.

The tides move in harmony,
watching the distant moon above.
The ocean of faith, longing for its presence,
cries for release.

He pleads infront of the sea to take him in,
but the giver of life responds with a melody.
The tides rise, reaching out to him,
offering solace to his weary soul.

Desperate, he breaks down and weeps,
whispering, “Embrace me in your warm arms;
I surrender to you.”

And so, the waves take him gently,
saying nothing—because they know.
He is returning home,
back to where he belongs.

The Lilies of Buckingham

As I set foot in the paradise of flowers
I saw a set of vivid pals
Swaying and waving towards the unusual soul
Connecting hearts and hearts entirely
Greeting with a wreath and a glorious scent

I stood there gaping at them
As if that was a band of colour
But of more colours and like enchantress
I was entirely dazed and the pals were twinkling while looking at me
Soon my companion told me to stop looking at the lilies

But oh Lord, were they lilies or a whimsical rainbow?
I still ask myself that
As to me, they are the beauty:
The lilies of Buckingham.

Whispers of a Christmas vow

On a cold winter's eve, in the sparkling stones
A love was born, under the magic of the night.
The first time the gleaming friends met, hearts swayed,
Marking a new beginning, in the warmth of cookies and Christmas.

Handwritten words, soft as that dream,
Where we shared glances secretly, in a gleam.
Coffee brewed with the gentle grace,
In your eyes I could find the love like snowflakes.

Under the star, we stood so close,
A love like fate, nobody knows.
Probably a love that was destined,
Twined, intertwined forever and ever, yours and mine.

Silent Wish

It was 2019, a spark out of nowhere
A feeling, that I didn't find anywhere.
Days turned to months, making a permanent stay,
Like a random silent wish, that lost its way.

Then came the season, magic in disguise,
Under the stars, we intertwined in ties.
But harsh time came, as distance grew,
Pulling apart hearts, breaking my view.

But today, on Christmas, the wish stays still,
Continuing to love you, as I always will.
No matter the time, no matter the place,
You’ll always be my wish with all its grace.

Though we're apart, we'll never leave each other,
As in my heart, you will reside forever.

She

She was a girl full of insecurities,
yet gave the best advice.
She was full of self-doubt,
but trusted people easily.
She blamed herself for everything that happened,
yet never turned around to consider others’ mistakes.

She was made into a statue,
but never did she question the reason.
She was full of flaws,
yet loved—and saw perfection—in people.

The only problem was that she…
she never saw herself the way she saw others.
And never did she apologize to herself—
the one she ended up hurting the most.

Was that how?

A rainy day held me captive in memories.
Each droplet that fell turned into blood,
Revealing the wounds of my existence.

Nature joined in, not with strength,
but with pity in its silence.
As the hands ticked, the moments slipped.

Was that how it was meant to be?

With every drop, a thread was born,
Slicing through my fragile realm.

As my breaths grew shallow,
All I could do was sway away,
The lending hands letting me go.

Was that how it was meant to end?

If Loving You Was A Sin

If loving you was a sin,
Then I’ve sinned in silence every day since you left.
And I’d do it again.
Every lifetime. Every breath.

They told me,
“She’s not yours.
This isn’t right.
You’ll ruin everything.”

But they don’t know what it felt like
to hold a world in my hands
and have to let it go
to keep it from burning.
They don’t know what it does to a man
to love someone with everything inside him,
and still walk away
because the world told him that love had no place here.

You—
You were never mine on paper.
But in every way that mattered,
You were already home.

I see you sometimes,
In dreams I don’t deserve.
You wear that same look—
The one that asks,
“Why didn’t you fight for us?”
But love…
you were the only thing I ever did fight for.
Even when I lost.
Even when I had to pretend I didn’t still see you in every goddamn moonlight.

But my voice gets lost
between honor and heartbreak,
between what they wanted
and what we were.

Still…
If I ever get one more chance—
I won’t ask the sky for permission.
I won’t ask the gods to bless us.

I’ll just take your hand,
and say:
“Let them curse me.
I was yours anyway.”

And if I’m damned for it,
then so be it.
I’ll go to my grave loving you.
And in the next life?
I’ll find you again.
And again.
And again.
