Something Along Those Lines

Was it a mocha latte or a moch frap ?
My mind escapes me at the moment
I can nor grasp nor reenact the events that play in my late memory
Was it you screaming or me leaving that played the biggest part
I cannot recall
But it is said if you love it you must let it depart
I hold it less at my heart and more as a monkey on my back
I think more so.....
Never mind, forget it, I'll never get that memory back
Long as the Great Wall of China or short as a life span
excuse my inner thoughts Im just babbling
Guess I'm going through a life transe

Poor Lonely Me

Woke this morning to a lonely bed
Rolled over and scratched a lonely head
Went to the beach to watch a lonely sea
Instead a lonely sea watched a poor lonely me
Tried to walk down a quiet street
And it rained on poor lonely me
Dipped my sorrow in ice cream
That only made me hate being me
Stood on a bridge and waited for glee
Instead depression shadowed me
So i closed my eyes and went for the leap
Hoping this jump would set me FREE!!

An Old Man Now

For years I sat here and I waited
For you to come I anticipated
The one love I once had never showed as the days past
Cried and cried because of the hurt deep inside
Time came time went and I miss the time that we spent
I called your name and there came no reply and the hurt grew more deep inside
For thirty years I sat for the wait and how you still never came
Now in my casket I can laugh nor sigh
But one old tear rolls down my eye
 how you left me here to rot and die

Seasonal Changes

Where I go my cloud goes
Its never happy it only snows
Sometimes it sleets sometimes it rains
 it hides the tears it hides the shame
The days have past the months are gone and the years move on
and all because of you I sing the same song
I tried to smile and didn't know how
years and years the same old frown
till the day you came and took my hand
and I must say you are truely my friend

Eyes

my cold lifeless eyes bare to what the world has shown it not afraid to look into the valley
and forecast the past only able to recollect what is there not what was;
lost in the unseen and blinded by the essence of presence afraid to blink but hold the power
to look past the flesh and break down the soul;
so now that the time has come to rest them and endulge in the dream land my cold lifeless
eyes presents its findings, the day as night the night as pain and the pain as the life that
was once there;
so dare to look into my cold lifeless eyes and see what you find
