I am a dandelion

I am a dandelion.
I once was this beautiful golden flower and suddenly over night I turned into a fragile dull flower full of wishes yet to come true.
I am a dandelion.
The smallest blow could scatter all my broken pieces to places you’ll never see again, but who am I without those pieces? Nothing.
 I am a dandelion.
I hold myself together through the worst winds and most hateful storms, but the littlest blow from someone who knows how to find me, I’d never be seen again.
I am a dandelion.
I look beautifully crafted and put together, but I’m holding on until my hands finally get tired and let go, parts of me already gone, never for me to see again, but for others to hold onto and remember.
I am a dandelion.
Even when I’m gone, parts of me will last for a millennia, the parts people choose to keep and spread.
I am a dandelion

Butterfly effect

Maybe what I did will change her life, forever engraved into whom she becomes.
For the worst or the best, I’ll never know unless she lets me know.
Maybe the butterfly effect is real, or maybe it’s a comfort to believe what you did actually holds some sort of value to your life and others.
But I hope that if it is real, I’ve affect her for the better and that anything I caused will be a positive memory to push her into the future.
Maybe what I did caused her future to change forever.

Enough

I want to be enough,
Though I don’t think I ever will be.
All the problems and guilt I carry weight my worth.
I want to be enough,
Enough to easy all her pain and stop her hurt.
Enough to be easily loved where it feels so natural like blinking.
I want to be enough,
But I have to heal me first before I can help.
I want to be enough,
I know I won’t ever be enough in my eyes.
But maybe I am enough in her,
Maybe I all do for her is more than enough,
Maybe I am all that I desire to be.
Maybe I am good enough.
