Why Was I

Why this journey has become painful day after day?
Was this supposed to burn all the sins out of me?
Was this supposed to enlighten me and bring me out of this darkness?
Why nobody speak to me?
Why nobody tell me?
Why nobody come near me, and sit right next to me?
Why I always ended up crying, disappointing, frustrating?
Why I always didn't get whatever I want?
Why this has to be so painful?
Why this feeling has to make this whole entire journey not wonderful?
Was this all because of my past mistakes?
Was it all because of me?
Why nobody answering me?

Submission

They are playing hard this time,
and all these broken pieces of shades and stones are thrown away,
and all these papers and chapters are enforced to get away,
into our homes and castles.

This time,
yet they call it another day of justice,
just like how they count one to nine without a doubt,
just like how they spell your name and my name without a misspelt .

How was that possible,
to walk across these empty streets without people calling out our names,
to sign an agreement without a pen and a paper.

This time,
yet they call it another day of submission,
just like how they count one to seven without a regret,
just like how they spell everyone's names without a mistake.

Glad That You Are Here

Maybe the days onwards
and nights to come
will not be wonderful
will not be beautiful
but at least I am so
glad that you are here.

We Will Make It One day

Like the stars
up in the midnight sky
the golden bright light
shining through windows
and the wind
swirling
calling upon names
of my favourite people
and here I am
sitting down
smiling at people
who smiled at me
because we know
we will make it one day.

The Man

They said he was bad,
They said he was not good enough,
They said he acted weird lately,
They said he was cruel,
They said he was unreliable,
They said he was unresponsible,
They said he was selfish,
They said he was a very bad guy,
They said he was a villain,
They said he was a loser,
They said he was an antihero,
They said he was an antagonist,
They said he was a criminal,
They said he was unacceptable,
They said he was a troublemaker,
They said he was a psychopath,
They said he was delusional,
They said he was crazy,
They said he was a sinner,
and he is the man.

Whispers

The days went by as expected,
Sun is no longer our best friend,
and the moon is trying to leave us alone at nights,
the stars are dying,
the ground is shaking,
the rumours are true,
our names are highlighted in red,
we're hated,
discriminated,
our minds full with whispers of
"You should go to hell!"
and we feel alone,
we are alone,
no one is beside us,
no one is here listening to our stories,
and we finally realise that,
we are dreaming,
and when we look at the sun,
it still smiling.
