Seek the Valley of Bliss

I will move the mountains,
From your shoulders to mine.
Show me your beautiful smile,
And let your uniqueness shine.

No mountain that I move will tire me,
As long as you're always around.
So you can walk a long, easy path,
Without any rocky grounds.

I'll push aside the mountain of doubt,
For you to see you beauty.
I won't stop until your smile lights the world,
I'll make that my biggest duty.

I'll split apart the mountains,
And let the vibrant rays shine in.
I'll smoothen all of the bumpy roads,
A relish in your grin.

I'll move mountains for you,
To show you the glistening sun.
Watch it set and gaze at the moon,
To remind you're number one.

I can move any mountains,
I will guide you through the path.
When things get rocky, I'll lead you through,
And you'll feel my cozy wrath.

Everest is nothing on me,
And your struggles won't climb through.
I will take you on a life-long journey,
And show my empathy towards you.

You help me in my trials,
You help me with my heart.
You help me with my inspiration,
You helped my laugh start.

Autumnal

Summer; the season of the sun,
Spring; the season of new life
Winter; the season of struggle,
Autumn; the season of no strife

Step outside, take a glimpse of beauty,
The fresh breeze flowing slow,
City is fast asleep, not even a peep,
No blooming flowers, yet no sheets of snow,

Piles of leaves fall,
In the sunrise shades,
Flowing crisp morning air,
Mouse scampers away, afraid,

The scent of pumpkin spice,
A strong smack straight in the face,
The sweet smell of a crackling fire,
Not a single thing I’d replace,

Harvesting everything we have grown,
Telling all the scary stories,
Spooked around the campfire,
Experiencing Halloween,

Amber leaves sprinkling down,
As the radiant sun falls,
Kids running around the bonfire,
Just some gorgeous memories I recall,

Black silhouettes against a firey sunset,
Ending another day of fresh pies,
Kids in Halloween costumes clamour at the door,
The memories of the seasons lie.

Rat

The chubby rat sat,
On the soft and fluffy mat,
While watching the cat.

Encaged and Enraged

She lived in a castle, isolated,
Time flew slow, gruelling and full of hatred,
The crown lay broken on the floor,
Shattered, scattered, one piece no more.

Royal duties thrown away, Pirates life, plundering, stealing,
But not knowing the tight, suppressed feeling,
Of hatred to themselves,
Sadness, madness hidden on the shelves.

As they drown there worries in the sea,
Emotions revealed after tremendous tragedies,
Ship sunk at sea, forgotten princess lost again,
Unstable, betrayal, no strong knight to save them.

They drown in their guilt,
Mistakes from their pasts rebuilt,
No army to pull her out of the water,
Unknown memories sown; their love slaughtered.

Heated Hearts

Too much change, everything’s different,
How do we live here in the present?
Hot air rushing in our lungs like a vent,
Contagious fires, bright and fluorescent.

Dry cracked ground like our hearts,
Slowly drifting away, all off the charts,
Icecaps melting with all our hope,
All of humanity holding on by a rope

As the sky cries for us,
A painful topic all should discuss,
Signs go up in the sky, protesting for our planet,
Controversy posing potential threats.

Choked turtles and sick koalas,
As our faith walks on broken glass,
Getting worse, not enough help,
Watching as everything melts.

Strife of the Muses

(Do you know what’s worth fighting for?
There’s no point starting this strife.
I need to get down to the core,
We both know who’s better.)

Happy days! You finally admit,
Green Day is both our favourite!
I will never agree with my foe,
Alec Benjamin Rules, we both know!

Green Day won’t let me down slowly,
Holding on tightly since the 80’s,
Exactly, we need a change from the old teams,
Green day is just another Boulevard of Broken Dreams,

Gonna’ pop that Boy in the Bubble,
Won’t be protected from all that much trouble,
But I got 21 guns of reasons why,
Alec is better, stop this lie,

Soon I’ll begin to break your ground,
That is when I come around,
Swim out of this silliness, stop being a paper clown,
This argument gotta be a reason to take of the pride crown,

So just quit your whining,
We both know Alec’s antagonizing,
You’re outrunning karma, your mind is a prison,
Green day is a match in the wind, Alec has risen,

Twiddle your thumbs for a bit,
At least I’m not a dopamine addict,
Did you say something? Must have been the wind,
I'm not a cynic, you’re in a corner, pinned,

I beg to dream and differ from your hollow lies,
Don’t blinded by them in your eyes,
Ok fine, Green Day is older, they know more,
Ill back down, death of a hero, I got down to the core,

Am I just paranoid, is this really true?
What’s going on? My brain feels like stew,
Let’s change the music note, the book of you & I,
After all the devil doesn't bargain, I can’t lie.

First Lift Through Life

Trying to understand at such a young age,
She will have to know at some stage,
Transformed, changed, different identity,
Pleasing and pleading, needing to flee,

Good friends, more than friends,
Touch of lips into heaven it sends,
Trying to grasp tightly on self-control,
All a lost cause, swallowing me whole,

Key in the lock was hurtful,
Like banging your knee on a stool,
The betrayal lying right at my fingertips,
A lethal haven, tanks and battleships,

Muddled words on the tongue,
After that, it’s all just sung,
Banished from the Estate of Emotion,
Thrown to the sharks luring in the ocean,

Curses while on stage,
Into the microphone, caged,
Hateful glares pitched my way,
Soul disintegrated. Gone. Decayed,

Falling Down

This is how I’m supposed to be,
I’m not messed up, can’t you see?!

Always compared, sick of this all,
Chitter, chatter, have to stand tall.

Constantly feeling misunderstood,
They tell me I’m good. Just good?!

Pretending I’m fine, hard to keep up the act,
Mother disowned me, can’t figure what I lacked.

Children smiling, wish that was me,
Battle training, stabbed, now I can’t see.

When we bleed, we all bleed the same,
This is the terrible price of fame.

Constantly told everything will go well,
And that’s the story of how I fell.

Stem of Happiness

Hypnotized by their looks,
Caught me like a fish on a hook,
They glow as bright as the sun,
Their smile lit up with fun,

Their voice is like music to my ears,
Bright, loud, soothing. All theirs,
I’d take an insult for them,
Like in the Ruff. They’re a gem,

Are they really worth falling over?
For them, I’d need a 4 leaf-clover,
If all is fair in love and war,
I can’t do this anymore.

Suppressed Past

Death of one, truly sad to see,
Nothing able to add up to this degree.
Revenge, oh so sweet,
Lick it up like a treat.

The stains in our future not forgotten,
Waiting for the moment, where and when.
Your unique beauty makes you an easy mark,
What they don’t know is you are a bright spark.

Stand up for the thoughts in my mind,
Not a single opinion left behind.
Bruises hidden, secrets kept,
Anger put on when they thought the kids slept.

Just wait a minute, see what I can do,
The power withheld has been subdued,
Dull, normal, ordinary,
Great opportunity, extraordinary.
