Scars are Trophies

Most of my life I’ve tried to hide scars because they were ugly reminders of things I didn’t want to think about. And a lot of those scars were invisible to the naked eye. A human couldn’t see these are scars, similar to deep open wounds within me. I learned they are not damaged eye sores but trophies for the trials and tribulations I have overcome thus far. Your scars can be the medals you attain, having given yourself the opportunity to lean deep into your faith. We'll learn we have been healed and forgiven for any wrong we did, any sins we committed. Reminders, we were already forgiven. Those scars are something to remember when we feel like quitting a reminder for when we are too weak to want to feel. We need to remember that someone already died for the terrible things we ruminate on that have already been crucified and healed . Try not to focus on how deep the wound is, keep in mind his are for eternity, that he endured for believers in his word. How can we complain when someone was murdered for you and me. To be able to live a life of love and abundance sin free. I challenge you to use your scars as badges of honor for the rest of your breaths eternity

Unity

Together, with or within proximity to people or a person. Community, unity. The invisible thread that attaches from you to me. Wherever you may be, recently I’m manifesting that place is next to me. Where our forever dialogue exchanged releases a type of ecstasy. Our bodies attach like magnets whose attraction unapologetically fuses our souls together into one spirits sleeve. Forever sewing a line of cosmic communication between soul notes, that play tunes of elevation on a bar everlasting. A connection of love chords created outside a wish or prayer. No human power can birth this communion; soul-traction love affair. Joyful flutes sound off when one another draws near. Ten strings play hypnotic music. A melodic heavenly tune our bond conceives when the holy unity of two flesh bodies connecting destined to meet. Pulled from his rib I am his missing connecting piece. Designed to link everything, creating our Unity.

Your glow

If the moon stopped glowing and guiding nightlife. and the sun decided it would not wake up to brighten a sunrise. Worry not for a presence is had as I'm sure you alone could lighten the day and night with the energy your spirit casts. Exuding an effulgence that alone sparks dark corners, igniting peace promoting a radiant brightness that darkness has envy to be. As a spirit like yours, comforts, and is made of light, but only once in a lifetime is another gifted with your warm invite.

Overcame to feel

Have you ever felt bombarded by yourself, like you can’t help but keep inundating your brains cell with messages that no longer serve you well. Sadly it’s this path you in the past paved, whose entrance and exit still lead to and from hell. It's obvious there are parts of you that you have lost within one of those past versions of yourself. Recently I genuinely feel like Jack and Jill, like I’m falling down an endless hill. Passing all the hurdles I previously overcame while climbing up life’s hill. It’s always an emotional roller coaster, when you take a step back and look down at the sharp turns and loops life has had. I’m just supposed to shut up and sit back. Just be still and zip past without evidence of the goals I reached, limits I surpassed. That ride is evident there was nothing decent in those versions of me I played in the past. Still just expecting the next lead, while I understudy me, the main role for the next cast. Which coincidentally is written and directed by yours truly. The amount of non existing acts I often incorrectly predict, should be a tell tale sign of all of it. I am bombarded, but I am also the cause of it. Accountability is the obligation to accept responsibility. I am accountable for the construction and repairs, but will that start the mend of all the old tracks in there? This is where good ol faith needs to be your best friend, even if it's a challenging mindset to befriend. It takes trials in the past that you overcame, to give you strength and courage in moments of possible future disdain. So thank you for flooding my past paths way. For forcing me to start a new course with more possibilities that outpour positivity within this new brains channel wave.

Emotional Carousel

Don't wish you knew better, just do better now. Regret is a disease. Disease is a noun. Meaning to have a disorder of structure or function in a human, oh wow.

I've somehow allowed this to consume my time and take away from my healing by moving forward; Eliminating the possibility of me being "just fine". I feel like I am on this emotional carousel most of the time. When I suddenly start to feel inner peace, my guilt creeps up from behind. It often feels like I won't get through this up and down ride.

I quickly remember I do have a choice, I don't have to wait in that line. I don't need to focus on the feeling of remorse. I have to remember these emotions are just obstacles I need to overcome in my life's course. So just understand everyone has their emotional horse. Just learn to tame the wild outbursts that start from within.

Don't wait in lines that make your heart feel like your life has to somehow be defined by the emotions you have within. Feel what you need to, and then let it go. Simply let bygones be just that, and freely your movements should flow.

Batter Up

Stop blocking all the opportunities that make it your way. Don't let your fear dictate your fate. That, you should be the one to create.
You have made plenty of unwise decisions, some that caused you pain. So one day you decided to build a shield that practices keep away. In batting off the "bad" and protecting your heart, you somewhere along the way managed to push anything worth a damn from getting closer to your, deep parts.
You thought you had it covered, you truly had no doubt. I see you had one thing covered; your ego and let me tell you ouch. You now see the damage you caused trying to be safe. You actually thought what you dodged would not come back and try to have it's day?
I never meant to block our long-awaited amends, my stupid ego had feelings and some were just too bent. I now have learned a lesson, and this one truly stings. I guess I have to show up and face whatever the universe flings.
Keep in mind just because it pitches you don't always have to bat. I sometimes watch the bs, as it blows over and then that's that.

Another lifetime

Is this my retribution?
And does it fit the crime?
I must’ve been some kind of mass murderer, in a past life.
I mean, was I?
What did I do?
No really, I’m asking you.
How could I have messed up so egregiously, for your endless cooperation to punish me?
Knowing my picker is broken.
You still don’t step in to stop me, from seeking unavailability within the male vicinities.
Or stop me from me finding someone, who can abuse me better than me.
By these copy paste guys who are inaccessible, mentally, and emotionally.
You send them my way skipping and whistling.
Knowing their only mission is to break me down mentally and spiritually.
You grew a tree, that dangles the poison fruit in front of me.
Knowing I’m hungry.
I want love, desperately.
And you’re bored.
So you play with me.
Your personal Polly pocket dolly.
And misery is certainty, after eating poison you made from part of your creation of “everything”.
Causing me to be some sort of magnet for guys who will never love me.
I’m just a fun time. A pass time. A short time.
They have no time, to put in us time.
So what I have gathered is you want me to play witness this lifetime.
And watch others fall in love, even ones that I wished were mine.
Just feels like I will never able to experience the same kind of bliss in this life.
I am genuinely curious what your plan is with me, and why?
Because I am tired of being the backup, and runner up.
While you build the love of their life.
When will you prepare mine?
Do I have to wait another lifetime?

A Battle Worth Fighting

Sadness is no bigot or sexist. It does not judge who it chooses to consume. It has no specific taste buds for he's, her's and you's. Just the need to fill you with emptiness and dark gloom.
No reason sometimes for the cloud that chooses to rain on your parade. Just a never ending feeling of guilt, emptiness and shame.
It can morph into a voice of you your own, constantly telling you lies to burden your soul. It wants you in a weakened state, so it can take over your heart and claim your spirits break.
I tell you this from personal affairs. I constantly fight this demon daily, from taking my air. Each time I start feeling the power increase, I get a pen and paper and write a note that says: "No thank you, you can leave".
Don't let it make you feel alone. If you do that, it wins and your life is no longer your own. I have fought six battles already today and I haven't even left my house, now that's something to say.
Choose to be strong, choose to be a light, choose your life, and always be prepared to fight.

Wasted Dandelions

It feels like a punch to my gut when I realize the pictures that hold so many good memories, are the same ones that have become my newfound enemies. Like they only exist to cause me heartache. I thought I figured this out. I'd cry once a day and then I would go about my way.
Recently my schedule has been a little off, not to mention my old character is completely lost.
I haven't even developed a new one to fit my current mind frame. I think once I figure that out, I can again compartmentalize all my pain.
I won't waste anymore dandelion wishes for you to come back, Because the little girl in me still doesn't understand after death that's that. I won't blow anymore prayers on hoping that I will turn around and you'd be there.
I will just learn to live with this new gained pain. I will work on trying not to find an escape, in a prayer or a wish that the universe just can't grant me today. I won't count the minutes I don't get with you anymore. I will learn to embrace all the hours I was gifted with you before. No more dandelions wasted on the floor.

Why Him

Sometimes I trip out when I think about the crazy stuff we did as kids. It makes me sad to know we won't ever be able to share new memories as adults and grow.
When I talk to you, it's like I am talking to a wall. Nothing penetrates your soul and that kills me to know. I feel as though I lost the only brother I had to an invisible monster. I sit and wonder who am I to ever feel defeated;when I know the old you is somewhere in your brain cell constantly taking a beating.
In micro moments you probably feel him, but that monster won't let the real you back in long enough to reveal him. To be locked out of your body and imprisoned in your brain. The things I bet you think, and to know you feel like nobody knows your pain.
I'm sad I can't be around this new you with much ease, and honestly it's because I know that monster laughs as the old you cowards at his knees. Taunting you while you are begging to be free, just to feel the way you once did with your friends and family.
Damn I wish we were kids, wish we could rewind and go back to the very day that monster started renting your time. I love you brother, you are always on my mind.
