Tale of Woe

Thy young maiden, Peck her Lily flower a shake. A brittle sound of break, Sobbing till tears make. Bare feet on wet grass. Alas, her life, soon ‘twill pass.

The Kiss That Never Was

So close your breath tingles my skin.

A transient kiss, placed on illusive lips.
I so wish, this moment would eternally exist.

Unfortunate souls bounded by love.
Two cold hands, in one glove.

Yet so far it's all a blur, this confusion I must concur.

This moment won't go in vain.

because i know, it will be a while till i dream of you again.

Bygone

A forever lasting lullaby, Sung by weeping angels. I must atone my sins, Alone.

The Hands That Falter

I'm helpless, helplessly so, Bound to the weight of mine own woe. Mine hands do shake, mine limbs do fail, And every deed is carved in frail. I wander around aimlessly, A wretch who doth not wish to be. Mine fingers break what once stood tall, Mine lips do lie, mine own to fall. I tear, I spoil, I set to waste, I choke on all I swore to taste. Till breath is thin and time is slow, I'm helpless, helplessly so.

If The Sky Could Weep

The sky shows no concern or grace, For Friday's dawn or sister's place. Oh, I wish the sky would weep for me, Its tears would bring some sweet relief, you see. Yet still, I know it's not to be, For sorrow's breath must rise, then flee. If heaven wept for every soul, The rain would never stop its roll. It's just a thought, and fair, I think, That clouds stay quiet, while hearts sink. Still, I long for tears to fill the sky, And find some comfort as time goes by.
