Doll

I’m your doll
My heart is made of cotton
My skin is stitched
I’m your little doll
I’m tiny when you hold me
I like to pose in your hand
You sing your lullaby
and I dance for you
Your fingers spin me around and around
and I spin for you
I’m your doll,
your pretty little ballerina doll

Rain-Storm Girl

i've seen the rain drop a thousand times for a thousand years
i've stood in the storm
and it fell on me
and through me

the sky goes blurry
gray rage
sorrow puddles around my feet
gray rage
mourning floods
gray rage
a thundering lullaby

i know why
the sky sobs
i know why
the sky screams

Little Snow Feather

Blessed feather
Little snow feather
Ice dance in the sky during winter weather
Ice dancer ballerina floating above swan lake
My feather lands on you from above just like a snowflake
Feather snowflake kisses from the sky, forget all about your heartache

Perched on an evergreen blanketed by the snow
Winter birds singing their winter lullabies as icy winds blow
Watching you from above, just like an angel, I wouldn't show

If my feather lands on you, make a wish and let it go
Wishing in winter since long ago

Cry

For lifetimes, I cry and cry
My life, I don’t know why I’ve died and died
I don’t know why
I don’t know why

I can’t stand seeing my mother with another
I want my mother with my father
I don’t understand where it went wrong
My mother always told me to be strong, to be strong

But I cry so easy
Every time I think of my mother with another man I feel uneasy
Every time I think of my father with another woman I feel uneasy
I don’t know how they can keep secrets so easy
But then I see the blood drip from my wrist and I understand that secrets can be easy

I just cry and think why? Why? Why?
Tears fall from my eye
My sister and I hold one another and just cry
I don’t know what to say, so I cut another slit into my thigh
I hold on, cause I know one day I'll be fine

I don’t talk to my mom and dad
Our family torn apart, just like a family story gone bad

I never thought it would happen to me
“Please stay together, mom and dad,” I plea
It’s no use, they can’t hear me
More harm, my heart broke, water drops from my eye, thinking of what could be

Lonely Thing

lonely thing
like a wilted, faded rose
like an abandoned child
like a witch in the woods
like a venomous spider or snake
like a soldier in a war in foreign lands
like a sunken ship in the bottom of the sea
like a smoked cigarette on the side of the road
like a peak of the tallest mountain
like a moldy strawberry
like an unnamed grave
like a dying butterfly
like a single teardrop
like a dust filled attic
like a star in the sky
like the color gray
like a fallen angel
like a broken toy
like an ugly girl
like a widow
like a ghost
like suicide
like god
lonely thing
like me

Whiskey Night

I got a belly full of whiskey
I got a puffed up liver and puffed up feathers too
I got a drum to dance to
I got owl in my spirit and i fly when i want to
I got rebel in my soul just like my grand-daddy do
I got a prayer to the Creator that i chant to
I got the high cheekbones and a nose like my dead ones do
Im living in a world that aint right, it aint mine
I hold my hands to the sky and i put my face in the earth
I ask my dead ones what i should do
I pour some whiskey on the ground for them too
I wont forget even if the world wants me to

One Dying Wish

Slit skin
Blue vein
Silence in a room shut in
Cutters pain
Mercy for an end
Over and over again
End just to begin
Angels and bloodstains
Heaven's trade in
One dying wish

Goth Heart

A little girl since young
Got a goth heart next to her lung

She’s in black attire and black eyeliner
Smeared teardrops and a wrist covered in muddy slops
Got a tattoo on her skin that’s been chopped and chopped

A little girl since young
Got a goth heart beating underneath her chest
Never knew why she looked the way she looked when she undressed
She's been alone since sixteen, been floating somewhere in the south-west

A little girl since young
Got a goth heart next to her lung

Goth heart and goth love
God gave her stitched skin, a goth heart, and words from above
She’s died over and over again,
there's an angel flying above her head,
circling above her, just like a mourning dove.

Jumper

i take a deep breath
bliss as i jump off a high ledge

im flying
im floating

falling through the air
angels try to catch me by my hair
i look like a dolly falling from the air

you don't really know me
but i've finally jumped
im free

Let Me Be

hide my scars from you
a kiss on the wrist
love cuts
im shy

hide in you
hide in me
deep inside

waste your time
lie to you
again and again
die with you

i want to do what's right
i don't want to make you cry
i don't want to waste your time

how can you see love in me
i don't see what you see
please let me be

i promise
i'll be nice
i promise
i'll love you
i promise
i'll try my best to
