The perfect person
I knew he was right for me
How would I bring him around
I never knew what to do or say
to even make him look my way
He never knew of who I was
until that day
I knocked him down into the bay
and when I think back on that day
I can't help but to laugh
while we set next to the bay

He's like the gentlest thing
He's like the sun when he walks in the room
He's like one of the nicest people I know
He's like a god in my eyes
He's like everything I'm not
He's like the one thing I'll never have
He's like the one thing I want to hold so bad
He's like something so precious it hurts
He's like the only one with the cutest thing to say
He's like someone who love a girl for all she's worth
He's like my whole world and it revolves around him
He's like all that I'm not
He's like my true love

When I'm gone don't cry for me
Or for the ones I left behind
When I'm gone cherish your time
For the time we had has come and
passed me by
When I'm gone I will be here
and always know that I will be near
When we finally meet up again
do not shed one tear
I will have my day
in my own special way
But for today have no fear
for I am still here
