I am the light that you see,
I am the darkness that you feel ,
I am the hand that holds you from
falling in to unknown space
I am your every breath
Yet, you take me for granted
You cause me pain
Do you think you own me?
Is that why you don't respect me?
My hands still shelter you with great effort
You have hurt me so much that
I have now fallen sick
How much ever I try, I can't protect you
Anymore
One day you won't be able to see the
Light in me,
My darkness would be a threat to you,
You may fall into the unknown
You may not sense me any more,
I am the world,
Stop hurting me!

I still remember the day I stepped into your home
You cuddled me,carried me,showed me so much love
You became my world
I started growing, i still wanted to be carried, but you didn't
I understood that may be you are also growing
Whole day I would wait for your return to give you a hug,
but you didn't
I understood , you had a bad day
One day, you asked me to walk along with you,
I was so excited, I followed your footsteps ,
suddenly ,you were not there with me
I felt ashamed of myself for losing you
I knew you would be searching for me,
I didn't want to make you sad,
I found my way and came running back,
You saw me, you were sad
I understood, may be you were sad that I struggled
Whatever you do, i will not think ill about you
After all, you are my world
At the end of the day , i wag my tail happily and sleep in a corner
Dreaming about you.
