Passion

Burning with a deadly desire
Igniting within the most passionate fire,
Your arms holding me with a sensual embrace
As my hands roam your body with hungry grace
You whisper sweetly in my ear,
Making yourself quite clear,
	“my heart sings out to my soul
	the heart you so bravely stole,
love me tonight,
with every night,
my love grows for you,
I promise I will always stay true.”
Kiss me here and kiss me there
Tonight you are my only care,
Two bodies turning into one,
Its only just begun.

A Soldier's Duty

The soldier stands at attention,
As he readies the next annihilation,
Fighting for the freedom of our land,
Awaiting his last command.

Rushing out to meet them all,
With no room for any stall,
Defending our nation strong,
Without a notion of how long.

Family and friends gather round,
As we honor the renowned,
Troops fighting for our lives,
Making sure our nation thrives.

An Emotion

Seeping through a rift in time,

Causing destruction at its prime,

The one emotion to change life,

Always with an unexpected strife,

Something everyone can feel,

Sometimes becoming too surreal,

The gentleness of the wave,

At times making you want to hide in a cave,

With the ability to heal all wounds,

Attempting to leave you in ruins,

The only thing that makes sense,

Even if phrased in a different tense,

With complete honesty,

Leaving no room for modesty,

With the symbol of the white dove,

The emotion I think of is love.

Haunting Memories

Cast upon thy shady eyes
A deathly glare of horror and demise,
Pale skin against the cold dark night
With lips as red and full as an evening light,
Where does she wander,
What does she ponder.
Eyes as cold as ice
Seeing nothing, but will suffice,
Fire circles her about,
Sadly, she knows she can’t get out,
Confused by swirling memories,
While the dark angels sing their harmonies.
Tears of blood roll down her face,
Memories not easy to erase,
Of love and hate combined,
Her life she left behind.

A gentle scent washes over her,
As quick as a minor blur,
The scent of something sweet and fine
Rising up with sweet divine,
Its him,
She thinks quite grim,
The one who aches
With his past mistakes,
Together they will walk,
Side by side in a lock,
Consumed by naught but their own pain,
And all the demons they have slain.

Forget

FORGET

Save yourself my soul,
Where the heart was, now an empty hole.
Bleeding endlessly every fortnight,
Depraved of love, leaving only a foreboding fright.
Sick as well to others eyes,
Taking in every single one of his lies.
Darkness cascades about,
With absolutely no way out.
Leave me, my poor soul,
As I lie here with everything he stole.
Insanity lingers through the door,
Whilst preparing for the final war.
Determination is the key,
Even that is left in a pile of debris.
Lack of strategy and skill,
In this game of hunt and kill,
Will most surely make you lose,
And do the only thing it can, confuse.
Good night my soul,
Never again will you be whole.
Do well to live on and do not cower,
From now on, you will use your own power.

Christmas Time

Christmas time has come at last
And the old year is sure to pass,
Snow cascading to the ground,
While family and friends surround,
All the lights and decoration
It’s a wonderful sensation,
Happiness and joy,
Time for everyone to enjoy,
Worthwhile company and food,
Its sure to put you in the mood,
Get together round the fire,
Or go out and join the choir,
Sing those Christmas carols all together,
Pay no mind to the weather,
Tis chilly or cold,
But your heart feels like gold,
Gather round by the fireplace,
Join into a heartfelt embrace,
Telling tales of reindeer,
While spreading all this cheer.
