Watering the Garden of Dreams

Sowing seeds at summer
Barren ground will bear no green
Like planting hundred of dreams
In a garden of dreams that fail

Sowing seeds at winter
Sprout, bear flowers in Spring
Watering the garden of dreams
To grow it well and flourish soon

Watering it with love and compassion
With eagerness and determination
Watering it with inspiration and hope
With triumph, soon to be overloaded

The garden bloomed with Peonies of prosperity,
Freesias of joy, Gladioluses of integrity,
Sunflowers of adoration, Lilacs of tranquility,
and Stocks of happiness and beauty

The garden of dreams in Spring season
Filled with Roses of passion and love
and Heathers of luck
Which everyone desires

Wind Beneath My Wings

My gloomy days I can still recount
When I needed shoulders to lean upon
When I needed helping hands to hold on
And somebody to hear me when I cried out

It wasn't easy being alone on the narrow road
In the midst of the darkness where I stood
How I really wished to see a tiny light
To guide me and lead me into the right path

I anxiously went along my journey
Struggled across the rocky and the thorny way
I felt the heavy rain and heard the roaring thunder
My heart wept and fainted fast in fear

I was alone and you sit close to me
Trampled down and you carried me
You're the wind beneath my wings
Who made me soar and fly into the heights

Of all my wishes and dreams
Of all my struggles and failures
Of all the pains, sadness, and tears
You're there to give hope that never shatters

Meeting you is a blessing in disguise
You inspired me to spread my wings
So that I may soar up high
Like an eagle flying toward the sky

Shadows of the Past

I Wander in the shadows of the past
In mind, many questions asked
Scenarios I don’t want to look back
Yet never let me apart

Yesterday’s broken promises
Lead life into mourn and bitterness
A heart totally shredded
A scar, in time never be vanished

Walking along the road in the dusk
Hoping that shadow will gone in the dark
Opt to let go of the past
From its shadow I want to depart

Road of Life

As I walked along the journey of life
I was wishing to be there at the end
To see the sun that's shining bright
To light up my way and lead me to the right path

But then I realize
That life is not as easy as that
Because the road that I was taking about
The road of sufferings and tears

I promised to myself to be strong enough
To cross this road of stones and rocks
Even sometimes I'm gone to an uphill part
And I need to struggle to be at the top

Success! Success! Success!
That is what I'm always shouted
How I really wish to be at the end
To succeed and ease my sufferings

God's Love

In my mother’s womb I was knitted
With Your mighty hands I was molded
Like a seed that was sown
In abundance I'd grown
In this world where I was cared and loved

You showered me an endless blessing
The love you gave is everlasting
Love that no one can stop
I’m down, You picked me up
And told me not to stop believing

A Crocheted Potholder

Fecund sewer ingeniously knitted
An ornately crocheted potholder was made

Bragged her complete oeuvre at first
But its worthless in everybody’s sight

It may be futile or trifling
What can it flaunt is nothing

The Cuisiner's hands are sheathed
From scorching cauldron was protected

No acclaim, no reward travail
From first light to nightfall with ill

Hard work makes it smeared and filthy
At old age, it will be banished away

Undecided

My heart burning
My head bursting
Thoughts unknown
Hidden on my own

Reminiscing the past
Recalling what is was
Looking toward the future
What am I living for?

My heart burning
Isn’t it loving?
Why is it fainting?
To whom my heart I’ll be saving?

My head bursting
To the noise I’m listening
Along the road I am pacing
To unknown direction I am going

One of the Million Stars

Gazing at the twinkling stars above
Fascinating creature making me fall in love
Its brilliance which delighted my sight
Lifts me up and brought me into the height

My heart faints fast, shouts with joy and wears sweet smiles
The earth dances for me, and a sweet melody it sings
The heaven rejoices with gladness
A tear of happiness trickles into my cheeks

Happy moment was distorted, in reality I was awakened
My arms toward the star I stretched, but it's far away that cannot be reached
The only star, the love of my life vanished in the dark
Leaving me lonely, weeping, and crying in the dusk

My heart shredded, my dreams shattered
My soul withered, and my whole world was dead
One of the million stars whom I really admired
Gone away, and forever behind the clouds it concealed
