Covid 19

Inspiration leaves me, This overwhelming fear, Grips my every thought, Is what this virus brought. Just a few days ago, Life was normal and sweet, Now death hovers above, Will it take one I love? Our God has sent down, A cross for us to bear, And all people must pray, This evil goes away. And all people must pray, This evil goes away. <,center>

Lord What Fools These Mortals Be

"Lord what fools these mortals be!" Wm. Shakespeare I hesitate to be on the same page, with I the greatest poet of the ages, but I believe his words to be true now, fools gathering when it is not allowed. The fools don't care who they put in danger, be it a love one or perfect stranger, they have no conscious when told to stay home, as out in the streets they carelessly roam. So, the only way to make them comply, big fines, long jail time, government should try, in order to flatten the virus curve, and help all the caregivers who serve. If I am wrong and callus so be it, remember the curve top we have not hit.

Short Poem of Hope

Short POEM OF HOPE
Flowers still bloom,
birds still sing,
we never know,
what time will bring.

Enjoy their songs,
inhale the smells,
hope our God,
this virus repels

Read a good book,
call an old friend,
clean a closet,
gardens attend.

We'll get through this,
perhaps not today,
we must stay at home,
and for mankind, pray.
