Michelle Barulich Poem
My Dearest love Martha,
As I begin to write you, my ink flows from my pen
like my tears for you. A man's duty they say is to fight. I have no choice.
Each step I take takes me futher away. The love I have for you is stronger then any war. Do not cry for me I shall return. Your smile echos in my memories. The soft way you look and tilt your head each morning you greet me.
Look to the sun and say a pray for me. Close your eyes remember our candle light wishes and the sweet kisses we shared underneath the moon. We shall play like children again and throw pebbles in the fountain. When I make the last wish it will be never to leave your side. For my heart is complete when I am near you. The spirit to be free is strong in each of men's hearts. But to be truly loved is a man's wish. I have found this in you. I will cherish and honor you forever.
The sun is now melting into darkness I must now sleep. I will dream of you until our spirits are linked I leave a poem to you.
I hear an angel call
A calling for everyone
Their's no more time to waste
And their will never be no more crying from a child's eyes
In the midst of the night
We will be free
In the midst of the night
We will see
I knew I had to prepare to fight
I wrote you a poem
Only a few lines not much more
For I couldn't go on
I told you if I make it
We'll be together
In the midst of the night
We will stand tall
With the glory and the flag at hand
In the midst of the night
We shall be freed.
Amen
Your loving husband.
George
* I was trying to capture what George Washington might of wrote to his Martha. When America was new and a lot of things were uncertain.
George Washington is one of my favorite President. I admire his courage, manners, diplomacy and bravery.

Michelle Barulich Poem
Ring in, ring out
Ring in, one comes in
One leaves the world
One feels the cold
One strikes the gold
Ring in, two just started there journey
Two just decided to go there own way
Two dreams about there plan
Two dreamers crash into the light
Ring in, three little kids play on the street
Three little kids get hit in the crossfire
Hear the silver bells ring
To celebrate;
or to mourn;
Hear the glasses cling
As they hold them up
Ring in,
Ring out...

Michelle Barulich Poem
Your suggestions move me
Takes me to the highest mountain
Caution is not what I want to do
Let's celebrate the arts
Come into my reach
I want to feel you
I want your kisses to intoxicate me
Everything is fine
Open up your mind
Let's share the wine
Give me the sign
Don't delay in time
As I look to the streets
Electric wires give me the warning
But I look deep into your eyes
We're ready for another love affair
You pull me close
I push you away
You pull me close once again
We start to dance
And you say
don't be shy
come and dance
I don't want no one but you
Everything is fine
I'll be kind
Don't be blind
There's no need to cry
I'll try to make you sigh
Reach for my hand
Can you hear my heart beat
We are friends and lovers too
Now is not the time to take
caution my love...

Michelle Barulich Poem
Twelve twelve is a number that I am always seeing
around help me so I can understand
Sociology, biology we're all complicated
by the words we hear but in the truth its what lyes
in the soul
Physiology, psychology if you love me you will be here
and if you don't then you won't show
Philosophy, cryptography lessons to be learned
in this world takes a lot of patience
caring for the solution may sometimes make it worse
Mythology, geology does this strange phantom exist?
light your cigarette and show me where the smoke
rings go
Stimulation, revelation
Prophet telling , go ahead I'm listening
books will make you wise
Michelle dreamed that she was in a play
I awoke suddenly, to see 12:12 staring at me
Does the thinker always know and does the question mark
understand why its asking? 12:12 help me so I
can understand.

Michelle Barulich Poem
From the words of a broken heart
I have to say
I haven't seen the light for a day
I do not want to anyway
It won't ever agree with me
But I will try to
Between the nights
I have to agree even so
The night is tied
Look around you
What do you see
Stars are falling in and out of time
It's a journey to no man's land
Back to reality, breaker of illusions
I have to say
People are always saying things they shouldn't say
Put it away
Hide it away
and don't show it anyways
But judging just wouldn't be right
It's like mixing day into night
Thinking of love and money at times
Can bring your mind into a raceless fight
Maybe my light right now is at a low key
Or maybe it's just a case of my dark depression
Someday, it will be over and done
..And I haven't seen the light
For a day
I do not want to anyway
It won't ever agree with me ever again
But I will try to.....

Michelle Barulich Poem
The light has a secret behind its force
Pictures of life know the meaning
And the flame of the fire knows how to throw you off
The moon lit with caution
And every cry you know is heard
And every tear is counted
And every different road we take will become as one in the end
Away unto me
I love
Away unto me
I hate
Away unto me
I wish
The magic of the unicorn
Will steal our hearts
And children will be wise until the end
My hope is like a dream
My dream is something I want to be
The words play an emotion
With every line there's a feelin
Away unto me
I love
Away unto me
I hate
Away unto me
I wish
Images reflect in space
A time I see you
Nine years ago in the past
Away unto me
Away unto you
Away unto me and you...

Michelle Barulich Poem
Standing alone on the edge of our destiny
Am I alone?
With an invisible hold on me
Why does everything have to die and fade away?
Here is my plead
Please show me the way
Hand me the key
So I can turn this destiny around
Hear my screams in my head
Please silent the echo of my tears
Lighten the pain
From my grieving heart
and now everthing has to die and fade away
Standing alone on athe edge of our destiny
am I alone in this world filled with misery?
and now everything hasd to die and fade away
Show me a sign
So I can unlock the mysteries
Hear my plea
Sing to me
The answers that I seek
Talk sweetly and show me the way
and now everything has to die and fade away....

Michelle Barulich Poem
I can see myself looking through the mirrored glass
I can feel the pain with every breath
Somebody says, your life is down the street
I turn around and I see
Everything makes sense
Now it connects with our spirit
I can feel God's hand
touching mine
Through times, I have my highs and I get my share of lows
I wonder if I'll ever make it
Wishing I could follow in the saint's footsteps
St. Jude, I pray to you
You are the forgotten one
And I had to say all my goodbye's
So I know you understand
St. Anthony, you are the finder of lost things
Help me find the good in everyone
Help me find God
St. Anthony, there are many times I think of you
St. Mary The Mother of God
Your eyes are full of love
Teach me what it means
Thanks for pulling me through
And I dedicate the rosary to you
Jesus, You are the best example of a man
You are everything to everybody
Guide me to be a part of you
Jesus, I look up to you
And with my burning heart
I think of you
And I pray, dedicate, and love you all
God's people.

Michelle Barulich Poem
Dying too young in this world
It's hard to breathe in the clouded air
I hold myself back
Need to reach you now
Some good hearts of men
May shed some hope
But why are the children crying?
still dying?
It's not right
It's not fair
When you hide the truth
Behind the Christmas lights
oh, tell me
How I've ever begun in this world
In this world?
Dying too young
In this world
It's hard to understand why
Refining your goals
Upon an empty line
With a question in hand
It's not right
It's not fair
For them to suffer
in the desert air
Enough damage has been done
From the desert sun
Oh, tell me
How I've ever begun in this world
In this world?
oh tell me, tell me............

Michelle Barulich Poem
A smile, a wink
Maybe it will brighten
Some one's
day
A gesture, a gift
To offer a person
Who just might
need
A poem? perhaps
To complete
A broken
bridge
Kindess is easy to give away
And when you are not expecting anything back
It will come back ten folds
Maybe even more.
