Love Hangover

Once in a lifetime
You feel a spark deep down inside
It sets your heart on fire
Like lightnin'
And believe me
It's so excitin'
Tingles run up and down your body
Creating a sensation
That's far above elation
I caught the tail-end 
Of a shooting star
And I'm holding on
For dear life
Baby this has got to be
The love I have always sought
And I firmly understand
That this love
Cannot be bought
Your mind is like a diamond
It creates the twinkle
In my eyes
I finally feel so alive
I'm burnin', burnin' for you
Desire and incredible yearnin'
Kindred spirits

He Lied

The pipe dream that the fat man had
He lied and lied and lied
And some were still surprised
The damn truth wasn't in him
Call me Thomas if you like
For no doubt I had my doubts
And he had such clout
With the higher ups at the
Awful place
And he so loved to invade my space
To watch me fall from Heaven's grace
For no soul did the asshole have at all
no spunk, no zeal, no common appeal
And damn he was ugly
Ginger would say assymetrical
And the charge with my soulmate was electrical
I placed him on my bucket list
For oh so long he made me wait
But I did not mind
For his love was quite my kind
And he was the one King James
Wrote about in the book of love
My turtle dove
My little canary
And I just knew 
He loved me too
So I wait to this day
And I hope and pray
that god hears me
And sends to me

Your love is like a whirlwind
Which captures me
And carries me away
In your sweet arms is where I always 
Want to stay
Making sweet, passionate love
Would call in Saints
From the heavens above
To protect and watch over
My lucky love
My four-leaf clover
Everything is what
You mean to me

Kindred soul
You take my half

Meth Go Round

Merry Go Round
Round and round
It spins
Will someone please let me off
It changes you
Into someone else
How could you not recognize
The devil in that glass stem?
He is preying on you
He relys on you
He will make you lie, cheat, and steal, act crazy, even lose your friends
Leave that mfer be
Let it run its course
Satan doesn't wanna
Let you go
The addiction holds you
It's all you know
Only when the peace of Jesus
Comes will you even know
Just how to let it go
The more you try
The more it grabs hold

For the new shoes

The Barrier

I need you
Like the flowers need the rain
Like the grass needs the dew
You give me warm, fuzzy feelings
Deep down in my chest
An aching in my breast
It is you that I love the best
I need you now like never before
Please don't shut love's open door
Somehow there has got to be a way
For us to be together always
We've go to get that evil man
Out of the way
And soon...it would be nice if it were 
Today
They're stomping on our dreams
With their hate and sadistic
Schemes
I feel just like a lil kid
Taking orders from an overgrown fat pig
It makes me sick
My love is stolen

By someone who doesn't deserve it
A sullen sack of 
He doesn't even get the gist
Of the putrid filth he spreads

For our one true love
