She's Not Just My Wife, She's My Life

Darling, I've got something I wanna say to you,
So won't you sit and listen, because it's long overdue.
Right now the words are so easy to say,
Because my heart won't let my mind block the way.
It's true, we've been married for such a long time,
But your love is so deep, the bottom I will never find.
It's just like precious treasures buried beneath the sea,
And when I found it, I never realized so much joy could be.
Even though this poem may never reach  number 1 on the chart,
The love you've shown me, will forever remain in my heart.
 God did say give honour to whom honour is due,
So now honey, I'm giving these flowers to you.
I don't want to just say I love you and let that be.
But I try to let my ways and actions, show you the real me.
If I could sing this poem in one thousand languages,
The meaning would still be true.
Out of all the women in the world, I'm so blessed to have you.
