Perrin Peacock Poem
Ciel, on your birth day ‘twas true to say
Heaven’s bright light rays rain’d down from above
Fast forward to fifteen years to the day
Now it’s you that brings light, laughter, and love
Kind, calm and caring, words under control
Wait! Who’s that fleet girl in cleats with the ball?!?
Rocket shot from right wing shoots straight to goal
Through back of the net...ball, keeper and all
French horn, piano, and ukulele
Swimming with sea turtles and manatee
Beautiful music and places to stay
Your trips oft start with Airbnb
Beacon of bright light for love, hope, and peace
Sweetest of sweet hearts, our Ciel Elise

Perrin Peacock Poem
The mystery of life oft demanding
Well beyond our Earthly understanding
Camera flash like a blink of an eye
From our birth until the day that we die
Time to grieve those that leave, inadequate
Unplanned plans demand that we have to wait
Sleep, shelter, bodies cry for sustenance
Life will not wait long for death’s remembrance
Memories like a breeze gently blow by
What or when, now or then, we don’t know why
So, forgive us oh dearly departed
Your memorial so short since started
We shall soon see the rest of your story
Reunited in white lighted glory

Perrin Peacock Poem
"Is it a girl? I think it's a girl!!...Doc?"
Flowers form'd blooms from sunny Easter skies
Let's call her Sophia Pascal Peacock
Our first baby born with baby blue eyes
You were two, I'd brag..."See what I'm seeing?"
Sighing, your mother would cringe and quiver
"Look! We've made the perfect human being,
She got all the best things we could give her!"
Wisdom, passion, love flows from your spirit
So alive with drive, caring and kind too
Accepting defeat? No, you won't hear it
So...you know...we can't be more proud of you
Birth day, we pray'd, thank'd God that He brought her
Now sweet sixteen, my beautiful daughter

Perrin Peacock Poem
Her friend walks in and takes up all the space
The eyes of most guys would fall on her first
My eye, don't know why, falls first on Her face
Can't deter, a blur, unquenchable thirst
Jet black hair, Her stare, part of Her allure
Can't detain it, nor explain it...Respect?
Her smile all the while is easy and pure
In the end, a boyfriend...far from perfect
Dance and romance, kitchen music we played
Lie or goodbye? This love must be hidden
Please no, don't go, I asked you and you stayed
Resolve not to solve, for now forbidden
She's the real Her, should I steal Her? We'll see
T'night 'til first light, Marya Nisa's with me

Perrin Peacock Poem
A sweeter lass could ne’er be found
Sweet Marya Nisa ‘tis she
So we shall go to London town
By way Le gay Paris’
Eiffel Tower, Paris lights & sound
See and hear it all shall we
Tower Bridge, Big Ben, and Royal Crown
One year, our anniversary
And if those things weren’t enough to meet the maker’s mark
On the cuff two tickets are the stuff...Taylor Swift in Central Park
