Ashon Thee Poet Poem
My heart fizzles on feeling your presence
My body like a howitzer that fires love shortly to where you are
Trust me I'll handle your heart carefully, it too nice to be broken
My love for you floats on mediocrity and sinks on brilliant romance
I'm an ocker to any other girl that comes along
So let me rest in the haven of your arms
Don't worry about the other girl she was my mentee
Desert all the niggle of doubts you carry with you
You're the air that I breath, leaving will leave me dead
On seeing you my heart twirls from left to right
I hope you concede my proposal 'days to come'
My love for others was a bogus type, to you is a genuine one
And maybe the stars could fall on having you tonight
Accept me and consider having the moon to yourself
A 'YES' gives us an island of your choice
I'm sorry if it sounds like lies, I'm being 'true' to you

Ashon Thee Poet Poem
She's the kind of woman everybody would want to have
So sweet and caring, with a filigree kind of heart-but a hard one
Very amazing and loving, She's a nonentity to her enemies preferably
But a shop of jeweleries to her people-who truly know her value
Even when her mind is taut and pale, her heart is tight and strong
She's my woman, my mother, my queen
Despite the difficulties and obstacles that comes along her
She stands out strong-like a real role model
Despite the pains and agony she faces, she still smiles at the end
The despair and negativity of people towards her doesn't pull her down
She's a real uber-woman with heart filled with love
She's my super woman, my love, my found treasure
More or less I don't have preferred words to describe your goodness
On this day I celebrate your existence in my life-you're an angel
Treasonable act I'll do if one messes around you
Hat-trick in your record for being a mother, a mentor and a father as well
Even on negatives you still remained to be positive; you cleared all our doubts
Rowdy as I was you still accepted me- My worrior, my best herb, I love you

Ashon Thee Poet Poem
If only time would allow us to stay
If only love would come to my heart,I'd spray
If only my eyes had control I'd take them away
I would stay, have nothing to say until we finish our play
If only this closure wouldn't be so near
If only our hearts wouldn't have fear
If only;not for your being passionate you remain so dear
I wouldn't start another one but make this one clear
If only you would realise the tears in my heart
If only we would withdraw all these and don't part
If only this separation would be a new start
I would have left you not this way, like you swimming in the dirt
If only this conclusion wouldn't have an end
If only you knew how much work I have on pend-
If only you'd be a book with endless pages and no bend
I wouldn't have this new solution to ammend

Ashon Thee Poet Poem
Long time ago; in an African land
In a house whose walls with fine flannelette sheets
Whose roof was well made
A house whose floor was well tiled
Lived a family that known no peace
A family that uttered disgusting terms
That could be described by all bad and negative oeuvre
Members so hostile and selfish to each other
Same people very harmless and poltroon
It was a family that known no peace
And now the villagers so tired of it
Many fasted and prayed for it;maybe it was a spiritual issue
Elders gave them infallible advice and cautions
And a glimmer of hope was seen
And that was a family that known no peace
Rate of libido decreased among the sons
Hearts now decorated with pompom
And their old behaviours were becoming a stale
So wise as they were; one word was enough for them
And that was a family gaining peace
Change was becoming a manner; the East met West
As they now hugged each other with love
Holding each other's hands like a handrail
I stood at a distance watching them break their smiles into tears
It was a family that gained peace

Ashon Thee Poet Poem
She had the fixation of their closeness
Ubnormally, her heart flapping from left to right
That night her table full of flagons
And every love film she saw was a hokum to her
Her thoughts flipped for a not found answer
And now thought she was mentally handicapped
But all these hidden in a peculiar smile
She hoped to get out of it some days
She amiably treasured her old days, she remembered
Contemplating about quitting, but again condemned the thought
Feeling not contented with everything around her
She was an avid avenger
Every night didn't go along
She looked the skies with the beauty of her eyes
Though helplessly lying on the floor
But she hoped to get out of it some days

Ashon Thee Poet Poem
She's a strong woman, you can see it
Not as weak as she looks like, NO-she's a strong woman
Her smile covers up every bit of difficulty she faces
Her tears sweeps away every physical problem
And again I say she's a strong woman
She's a strong woman, you can see it
Her heart so hard to be broken, so is her mind to be changed
Her offsprings living comfortably and smiling, it really costs her
When in reality she has been selfish to herself, for their well being
And so I say, she's a strong woman
She's a Strong woman, you can see it
Her drunk husband beating her mercilessly day to day
And she weeps bitterly a night to the other
But still fights for her love and marriage
So I repeat, she's a strong woman
She's a strong woman, yes you can see it
So strong as she is, she needs love and care
This strong woman needs to be carefully handled
She needs love in abundance, and respect
Trust me this woman will ever be strong for you

Ashon Thee Poet Poem
This explains the question why
Why is what that comes to my mind
Why you took a knife and ran to my back
Why you left I don't know either why you came back
Or because there's something you left back?
Its a question with a hard answer to find
This explains the question why
After years of being away
Staying without you I had to sustain
Now you calling back, so what?
To accept you back?what for?
When you're back will I still experience the pain?
This explains the question why
Mom you have been away, but why?
What facilitated your departure from home?
Is it my fault that I don't know your second name?
Or is it an action for someone to take a blame on?
Its becoming a bitter herb for me to swallow alone
This explains the question why
You got me thinking this much
Do you have another family of your own?
Or you meditated and enjoyed life alone
Accepting you back is a question I do not have an answer for
My love to you melted like snow in summer

Ashon Thee Poet Poem
What HAPPENED to the love we had
What happened to the dreams we had
What happened to the moments we treasured
What really happened to the love you had for me
Did it just fade away like it never existed
Or maybe it was washed away with your sins; who knows
What happened to the dreams of us being parents of the same kids
The hopes we had that wouldn't just end
The dreams of us being under the same roof- or did you just wake up
The dreams of us putting on royal wears- of a King and Queen
Or putting on ballers wears; He's mine--> she's mine
I'm lost in thoughts and found in confusion, maybe its a hokum
We used to gaze at the stars together and smile
You used to say my eyes are brighter than the stars, I remember
But now I guess the darkness outshined them- you lied
Why did you let human words 'mtaachana tu' separate us
You said I'm your last but now you happier than us
I thought communication was the key and loyalty is the lock

Ashon Thee Poet Poem
The sun raises so does it set
There's winter and summer; two different seasons
There's a beginning and an end; all these occurs different times
And all these, He was relating them to Ecclesiastes 3
That there's time for everything
His head soaked in a pillow with tears
His heart connected to veins with small leakages
Blocked arteries that almost reminded him of everything
Those bitter words that made him regret the loyalty
Those bitter words that brought pride and ego of a royalty
If only he'd handled this carefully, loving with limits, it would by have happened
She had teared his heart into pieces, he had no piece
Now his tears dropping with cracks on them; ooh what a heartbreak
I could see the pain and agony, the despair and the sorrow
I could see it all, the words through his unsettled lips
Seeking a shoulder to lean on, he only found his bags
It was time to travel again, these tears would only fit a piece of paper
But even the kidney failed patients get well again
Why not broken hearts? He'll get well again
The problems will be fixed and heart will be sewed

Ashon Thee Poet Poem
This woman who's captured my heart without a camera
She'd made me feel like I own the universe
Described as per Proverbs 31
She's not only a bread winner but also a heart winner
And given out the whole of herself
Even during the African Summer you'll think its harvest time
And you won't even differentiate it when there's plenty to eat
Not so tall but a down to earth woman, LOL
So simple, gorgeous and beautiful with a golden heart
She has a pleasing voice and a vibrant one
Eloquent enough when she's angy and fine
Super woman of today who doesn't need a Superman
A woman who's brought up super kids in a super way
She weeps behind curtains and smiles before everyone
She ought to be respected, loved and appreciated
It ain't just luck to have her, but also a blessing
Her quarrels can create a playlist, an African playlist
Her smile will literally turn bad moments into good ones
Her eyes, uninvented means of communication, Mrs. Us.
