Two Lost Souls

As we walk along the beach on a moonlit night
I reach for your hand and grasp it
feeling our pulse pounding together
I stop and turn toward you gazing into your eyes
And what I saw travels deep into my soul

Our minds connect together knowing what we wanted
My lips gently touch yours our very first kiss
Softly and tenderly blending our lips together
Produce a wetness like rain from stormy weather

My tongue slowly moves inside
while caressing your lips tenderly
Our bodies start moving like a slow moving raft at sea
Slowly as the storm approaches land

It feels like I am in a raft lost out at sea
But then as the storm moves closer
The waves are moving faster toward land
Pounding and pounding the ocean seas
I can feel the water flowing into the raft

Then lightning hits our raft
Like an explosion out at sea
Then thunder roars out from your mouth
Like the sound of a lions roaring would be

As the sea slowly calms down
The look in your eyes tells this story
Of two lost souls lost out at sea
That came together in harmony

Please Have Intercourse With Me

Getting your attention I am sure
Right now we are having Intercourse
Some fear this word in conversation
Hidden for lack of education

Man has perverted this word
Placing sex above conversation
If I were to walk up to any women and say
I think you are very pretty may we have intercourse

What would her first thought’s be
This simple example may open your eyes
To how man has complicated communication
We take our evil thought’s and pervert our words

We over use our words this waters them down
Love has lost love and hate has gained
Gay no longer means happy
We change our meanings to our words

So how can we understand or have
Intercourse when we mix up our words
This may sound silly and not to important
look around we all have been separated

From lack of Intercourse

Poetry Confinement

I am on poetry confinement
I can’t go here or there
I am chained to poetry
I only have words to eat

Set me free poetry

I only have time to rhyme left
I am on poetry row
I am getting the poetry chair
I leave my muse to you

Please Love Me Like I Love You

Your lips I wonder and ponder
Wishing to place them upon mine
As I conjure your taste in wander
Intoxicating as if a fine wine
Your eyes so intriguing as jewels
Bright diamonds sparkling into mine
Your scent of perfume I cannot refuse
Please love me like I love you
Take this heart and hold it as if it were yours
Let our dreams come true
Never let me go and I will hold you
Please love me like I love you
Take this hand and walk with it
Hold it as if it were yours
With two becoming one
You will always be mine let me hold you

Will You be my Valentine

Simple Is Just Simply Me

Complicated I am not
Frustrated I can be
Simple is my quest
Contests I do my best

I leave perfection to all the rest
I only write what I feel
Spell Check I leave up to you
Much soup mail I receive

A true blessing given to me
Helpful hints and missed spelled words
All giving me love in your words
My head is not so big

To help me when in need
My heart fills with smiles
When I make a mistake
For I know you will help me

This is the love I have found
I love making Mistakes and
Your Soup Mail you send to me!

The Queen and Her King

As I sit high on top of my mount holding my queens colors my armor has been tarnished from my queens enemies, as I dismount to go to her there is blood running down my side. Weak from battle protecting my queen she see’s the blood dripping down, taking her scarf from around her neck she wraps it gingerly around me. As my blood seeps through her scarf and as her tears run down her face saying, forgive me my knight for you have been wounded for me.

As I kneel on one knee and bow my head I spoke and said, my queen my life I would give to thee. As she starts to knee beside me I take her hand looking into her eyes, my queen I am not worthy for you to kneel next to me for without you my kingdom would be empty and my blood worthless. I say to you my queen every drop of blood that drips down from my side, Is my honor and my faith that I have shed for only you my beautiful queen.

As I lay in my humble room with her blood ridden scarf in my hand with my side bleeding my queen arrives with her servants to attend to my wounds, she kneels by my bed praying that her King will heal with tears of sorry leaking from her eyes and with a pain I can no longer bear. I look into her eyes wishing her our last goodbye closing my eyes never to see my Queen again. My armor hanging next to the bed my sword hangs beside it, as my queens last words were said: My King I cannot live without you, I take this sword and ask Gods forgiveness for what I do.

Poetry Has Lost Its Pen

Blank is the paper for which I write
I write with a pen no more
You penned this well they say
But all I see is a blank piece of paper

In front of me
My pen has plenty of ink to write
Now they will say you compute this well
The well is empty of ink unless you need to print

Push a button then all shall see
My pen is a computer and not me
The written word no longer has flare
It has formatting and syllable checking

The pen is no longer there we have lost
Our Pen and Flare

The Sniper In the Tree

Years ago this story I am told
Of a bullet that came from a tree
No combat yet a peaceful day
One walking to gather water to shave

Helmet in hand to pick up the water
A bullet hit him in the head
Unable to yell with blood in his throat
David came to his rescue

Pulling him to safety yelling for a medic
The medic refuses to help
He is dead already lave him be
Dave not happy he pointed his M-16

You help or die
A dust off on its way to carry Tony away
David had thought he had lost his best friend
Lifting him into the chopper

Bullets sprayed across it
With his juggler vain sliced
No one knew until he got to Dang
A 30-minute ride away

Till this day David is still my friend
Even though my brother life had an end
It is as if he stepped into my brother’s shoes
Both are my heroes even today

The New Purple Heart

A Tiff A Tat
Tittle Tattle
Gossiping
Hate Occurs
Who Suffers
Mankind
I Want This
I Want That
Who gets What
Republicans or
Democrats
Split in two
For a Country
Of One
Unwilling to
Share
Red and Blue
Mixed together
Is Purple
Our Country
Is wounded
We all now have
A Purple Heart
Destroyed by:

Politicians
