Memoir of a Broken Human

delightful misery, remembering pasts so torturous.
i love them all with a fiery hate.
they could never save me, but i did everything to love them.
trudging through this world with the thoughts of so much pain.
i am no longer human, as i am a machine.
no emotion, no thoughts.
i live just to watch it all go by.

Love Or Ignorance?

I gave you trust.
I permitted you to shelter my heart.
Little did I know that it was you whom I should shield it from.
Stab after vicious stab.
I gave you trust
I was blinded by passion,
And now it’s too late, much too late.
The deceit you wove around me has tightened
The small mistake of giving such a valuable gift to the likes of you is killing me.
It’s too late now, much too late.
Is this the price I pay for loving?
Or for obvious ignorance?
But, I believe it’s too late now…
Just too late.
I wish I could just go home without you and live to see another, painless, day.

Auntie

I SEE THE RADIANCE IN YOUR EYES.
The promise of beauty from your smile.
When I hold you I feel your miniature, enchanting heartbeat,
And I can feel my blood flowing through you.

THE KISS ON YOUR BROW IS MY PROMISE.
My promise to never forget you,
And to never leave you.
To constantly love you,
And for eternity be where you can find me.

PRECIOUS BABY YOU MAY NOT BE MINE BUT YOU ARE MY PRIDE AND JOY.
When times are rough always remember,
Auntie will be here forever and ever.

Poem For the Rose

Oh, why must the rose have thorns?
When its immense splendor is protection enough?
Nothing would harm a beauty such as this.
Imprisoned by its radiance I fell into its trap.
Engraved my hand on its spike, I did.
Released its deadly toxin into my body, it did.
Yet, as I expire I hold it close.
Receiving the poison as a gift from a goddess,
Unknowing to its secret nature.
The rose….is a ruse,
A grand one indeed.
Playing its part with malevolence and greed.

Laughter Really Can Save a Life

Last night I laughed.
I thought about how much you make me sick,
And I laughed.
The blare just forced its way out,
And there was no holding it in.
I sought to cry,
But I laughed.
Within I felt my mind snicker as well.
I presume my loathing of you entertains me.
Otherwise, I would not have laughed.
It went on perpetually, the giggles, contained by my head.
Your ignorance and malevolence are so self-indulgent,
That I might merely laugh.
When all was through I became conscious of one thing.
The snorting, chuckling, chortling, and hoots,
They restored the fissures within my heart.

For You

I can carry you,
If you want me to.
I would carry you forever.
Down this road that is life,
I will follow you, carry you.
I may get weary but don’t worry,
My life depends on this.
You see I gave you this….thing,
It’s small and red. It only makes music for you.
Well I need it back when we get to the end,
I will need it to get to heaven.
Don’t bother you can keep yours,
I know that it does not hanker for me.
But I will follow my heart,
And if I cannot be your keeper,
Then I shall be your friendly carriage,
And that way stay with you forever.

Capture Your Soul Within My Angel Eyes

see the light within my soul,
look into my past, my life as whole.
see the sadeness that dwells within me.
observe the misery i might be.
these crystal orbs of frozen tears
they are the secret to all my fears.
they tell no truth, yet they hold no lies.
they project my heart as it wilts and dies.
be forewarned don't gaze too long.
you might feel that you belong.
but dont be mistaken
your soul will be taken.
this gaze of mine it only defies.
my dreadful angels eyes.
