Wishing a Welcome To a New Start

I try to imagine it being a reality,
A reality containing you and I.
Me being able to let you know,
I want you to know how I feel
With your undeniable body,
And my quite admirable touch.
Nothing would be strong enough,
Nope! Not strong enough to stop us.
Us? That is what clutches it all,
There is no us, nor could there every be.
I don't really know how to tell you this,
What you want is what I have.
I'll make you feel in ways unknown to you.
My touch will make it hared fro you to breathe.
These lips on your lips,
Well it would make that poor tattered mind unwind.
There would be a halt on time itself,
As your fingertips caressed my body.
I wish I knew that this fascination could exist.
I want you to hold me, I always have.
I see you right before me,
Yet you still seem so far away.

Breathe Deep

This tattered box has finally burst at the seams with shame and regret.
The first breath of fresh air escapes these frigid lungs of mine.
I can feel the warmth of the sun on my pale skin once more.
These hallow eyes once again embracing the light of day.
The creaking sound of a crooked smile hisses through the cracks of my lips.
My body is frail, and far out of date, but I still manage to drag it out of this chaos
The chaos that has poisoned such a light mind to such a dark place.
It's the dark place that has left me blind to happiness for so long.
Here this voice sing of renewal, and relief, I am alive again!

Most Sincere Apologies

You were such a good dream.
But then you became a reality.
The reality became comfortless.
So I did the best I could.
Because I never wanted to break your heart.
But now you have broken mine.
I miss the smiles that I could attract from you.
And what about those conversations we had.
Your holding my feelings against me,
It's an unexpected act of you.
I did what I could to satisfy our cravings,
Apologies for not being able to test the water
Without breaking your heart.

What Happened?

I tried to keep you close to me,
But I suppose it was one step too far.
Because now I'm sitting here,
With tears in these blue eyes of mine.
I'm trying to cogitate what made you stop,
Was it something said?
Was it something I did?
I said I'd never go through this again,
And now I'm here, standing alone.
Feeling like this is my least breath.
You left these chains around my neck.
Well my friend, they are starting to weigh me down.
i thought I was ready for something new,
But that something means nothing without you.
