Neeru Bhatt Poem
Life is like a nut,
Differs in shape, size, color or crust,
Life is like a nut.
For some, it’s like a coconut,
Beyond the reach, safe from gust
Very important, much privileged!
Whether unripen or matured.
For some it’s like a peanut,
Malleable, fit in budget
Widely spread, versatile no doubt
However, down and out.
For some it’s like a walnut,
You can see the eminence clear cut
Set comfortably in its dwell,
In a hard stilted shell.
For some it’s like a pine nut,
Gazes weird I tell you what
Shielded with strong beautiful woody cone,
Prevents you! to invade its zone.
For some it’s like a cashew nut,
Self-interested, pricy somewhat
Tightly attached with red pulpy drupe,
Be cautious! While shelling the fruit
For some it’s like a chestnut,
Down-to-earth, graceful but,
Surrounded with sharp spines called “Bur”
All adversities ought to conquer.
Life is like a nut,
Differs in shape, size, color or crust,
Life is like a nut.

Negativity means inviting misery
Positivity is like gust of fragrance
Negativity is like collecting dampness
Positivity signifies flowing river
Negativity signifies stagnant water (breeding ground of insects)
Positivity stands for hopes and inspirations
Negativity stands for despair and hindrances

Negativity indicates end of life.

Neeru Bhatt Poem
Days are shorter, nights are prolonged
Sun feels cold and in hurry to off
Moon is reluctantly doing its job
Stars are nervous and twinkling fast
Wind is dry and blowing hard
Water is frozen in the supply
The load shedding makes the situation worst
Living is a real challenge in winter darks.

Neeru Bhatt Poem
Pumpkin seeds were sown with the maize,
Few steps away from the city highways,
Seedlings showed up after few days,
And started growing hastily on the clays,
One fine morning I was admiring sunrays,
Eating garlic bread with mayonnaise,
I saw a flock of goats heading to the bays,
Suddenly they entered into the pumpkin field via sideways,
In no time field got grazed and razed,
Left me baffled, upset and amazed.

Neeru Bhatt Poem
The soil is undervalued and treated as unclean,
even though it is the terrestrial realm.
The best medium of alteration,
wherein wastes get rotten,
and surely enhance
production.
All the plants
animals and other organisms,
get autonomy, shelter and nutrition.
Usages and objects of soil are umpteen,
The soil is undervalued and treated as unclean.

Neeru Bhatt Poem
The dormant seeds have awaken,
With little attention from human intervention,
Grow all along the ignored corners of parks,
Ditches, verges of roads, Cracks in paths,
Waste grounds, woodlands, grassy blocks,
And even ruins of old buildings, crevices of walls and hollow rocks.
Some are delicate, tender and prolific,
Tumbling precariously over boulders and cliffs,
Aromatic, lovely and self-propagating,
The rainbows of wild flowers are amazing!
Flamboyant yellow, blue, red, pink and white,
Orange tinged with violet on the outer side,
The smitten petals are attraction of butterflies,
Honeybees, wasps and insects too get mesmerize.
Bloom in different shapes; star, trumpet, round, or bell,
Whether in a spike-like cluster or single,
Winter wild flowers are far and wide,
Go for a walk or take a ride,
Up to the hill or countryside,
Make your outdoor experience electrified.

Neeru Bhatt Poem
Dear mom, don’t know how to tell you,
My friends are joining big colleges,
I did my best in my exams,
But couldn’t get through,
Would you still love me?
My sister and I started music school together,
She came out with flying colors;
I attended all my classes sincerely,
But failed to form my own band,
Would you still love me?
Your friend’s son is playing for the nationals,
May be next year for international,
She must be very proud on him,
I was first from the last,
Would you still love me?
I am very careless and messy
In the morning while dusting,
I broke your favorite vase,
Also the perfume you bought for especial times,
Would you still love me?
I tried my hands in kitchen too,
All the toasts got charred,
Sought to make an omelet,
But all four eggs are resting in the sink,
Would you still love me?

Neeru Bhatt Poem
In the name of development and sustainability
and to substantiate our dominance
we have provoked so much
chaos and uncertainty.
Now the situation is so vulnerable
we are toiling hard to save
our people.
Hope! things will be normal shortly
We’ll enjoy life usually.
Take care, Stay blessed!
