Dwayne Mclean Poem
My eyes behold this beauty my stare hugging
Tight
Curves like hills in Italy a figure so
Right
Carmel intertwined with chocolate skintone
Of ebony
Murderous infatuation I am guilty of the
Felony
Radiant and bright like that yellow marble in the
sky
Voices stampeding in my head just a cacophony of
Noise
Lipstick dancing on her lips to a shade of
sapphire
Careless whispers of vague dialogue now
Transpires
Now she is closer like like seven next to
Nine
But im caught in a web of indecisiveness my words no longer
mine
To my consternation she politely saids
Hi
Her eyes squared with mines like a matador red
Cape
Now this bull of lust charging with lustful
Rage
Words still alone all alone like a solo act on
Stage
Vanilla and amber her aroma permeates the lingering
air
My Words stumble upon my lips but vanish away like my doubtful stare.

Dwayne Mclean Poem
Dear lord there is so much to
say
But first let me just kneel so i can
Pray
Like a pilgrims compass my life seeks
Direction
And earth seems to be occurring but i pay
No attention
I feel so trap now like dust skipping in a
Vase
And my dearest emotions are running in a
Mase
I walk this journey but my steps seems so faded
And the spices of life has my appetite jaded
Staring at the footprints in the sand absent of my size
lord you carried my burdens your strength became mines
then the eternal verites of life shoots in my mind like a holy gun
I wake i breathe life into my lungs i stare
At the sun
If i am guilty of not being grateful lord let your words be done
The genisis of my prayer was me seeking
Your humble reply
Now Lingering remembrance of the lost souls parading in the sky
Help me now to appreciate life humble gestures
Balancing faith and grace to the weight
It measures
Lord if i mourn what my eyes don't behold
Help me to remember my blessings raining down Showers of gold ??

Dwayne Mclean Poem
My Broken promises and brutal lies got her twisted
With hate
Nothing said lingers nor do she longer
Relates
Cold shrugs and cold kisses as she struggles to
Reply
There is no more space in her heart nor pillow no more for me to lie
Simple task that we use to do now seem so
Daunting
Hell has no fury like a woman scorn these four walls seem so Haunting
I shot her love down with these ammo in my hidden calico such foolish aim
Taken for granted and no longer she cares she tears my pictures out the frame
She calls me a Heartbreaker a title
With such distaste
Now i am being punished so brutally for these
mistakes
Love has no fury like a woman scorn
And that is real
This woman scorned by betrayal is now the devil in heels

Dwayne Mclean Poem
Amber
I wish to never finish but where do I even
start
Should I begin with your smile that warms the
Heart
Or your kind gestures filled with mellow
Taughts
Such a pure soul you are, in everyone you meet you see
The innocence
And I just calmly fall into myself amazed by your
Benevolence
You are so beautiful i feel weight less when I stare upon your
Face
They say the eyes are windows to the soul so please excuse the
Shade
Why should sight be absent when your beauty never
fades
There is so much that encompasses your amazing
grace
You have the touch of an angel I guess heaven is on
earth
There is so much about you that I can even put in
Words
I am bestowed the honor of being Wrap up in your
embrace
That melanin divine and feelings stitch together as the thread of Our skins
intertwined
Now in the sea of love we both too deep to
swim out
And we keep ourselves afloat cause love won’t let us drown
I love you yesterday because I have you to thank for my best
memories
I love you today because I get to soley cherish your essence now the genesis of
new memories
And I will love you Tomorrow even more even though it’s not promised
I will love you even more
tomorrow
Tomorrow gives birth to the hope of having my angel with me one More day on
earth.

Dwayne Mclean Poem
I have no confidence now I can’t see myself
win
I try to encourage myself but there is no fire
Within
Why do I say I can’t before I even
try
I guess my limit is not bounded in the
Sky
I feel like a super hero but I don’t have the powers I
Seek
I try to be strong but I can’t help feeling
Weak
I try to encourage myself day after
Day
How do I encourage myself what do i
Say
I don’t see a winner the mirror whispers the reflections of
Doubt
I struggle for confidence in myself, but my luck is always
Out
There is a Fire then burn high for those that belive in thy self
But I lack the will and strenght to motivate
Myself

Dwayne Mclean Poem
Changes in the relationship
It was friendship, then relationship now broken ship
They say hell has no fury like a women scorn
It was kisses from a rose, now tongues Pierce
With scorn
It went from calling every time, to cant find time
It went from hello baby to hey and hi
Then people change, emotions dwindle
And everything becomes strange
Looking at my broken self trough an aquatic
Mirror
Time was once a friend now time is the reason
Love has to end
We went from beautiful dialogues
Happy about the love that lived
Now all we seem to discuss is the efforts we don’t give
Where is the reason what are the clues
Im singing on the rhythm but im crying
Because im blue
What was once a roaring fire
Is now barely a flame
We both Broken like egg shells
And we both point fingers at the one
To blame
Why does love go when it’s needed so bad
How can once a gentle breeze, now be so gustful and sad

Dwayne Mclean Poem
My love is powerful like a Roman's
Shield
Brutal weapons of lust i won't
Conceal
Magestic beauty impels my emotions like
Spears
My senses become dull when your so
Near
Incoherent are my words because it's
Hard to speak
Playing our bodies like instruments dancing heart beats
You call me a God because kings rarely
Measure
A pronounced but ofcourse a seldom
Pleasure
Love is living and pain buried away
Like dust
Gently silence of the world as passion enfolds us
