Russett Stubbs Poem
To be like Daddy, In his minds eye.
To drive a Truck, He constantly cried.
To be like Daddy, Abiding his time.
Most determine, No changing his mind.
To be like Daddy, He wanted most.
Being a Trucker, Coast to Coast.
To be like Daddy, Entering his fate.
A Trucker driving, The Interstate.
To be like Daddy, It's not bad.
My little Boy's, Just like his Dad.

Russett Stubbs Poem
Laying awake at night,
memory's in my mind take flight.
Whisking me away to yesterday,
when I was a child at play.
Mother taught me right from wrong,
in my heart she left her song.
Her laughter was music to my ears,
these are the things I hold so dear.
Reliving those care free days,
now that Mothers gone away.
She waits for me with the Lord on high,
where I will join her by and by.
