I was alone in a world
Of hate and despair
My cries for you
go unheard
i send you dreams
and try to connect
our hearts and souls
my feelings go unheard
the day i find you
will be glorious
it's true
the heavens will cry
and rain will fall
cause the love that was meant
can finally be
Who you are
I yet not know
Someday I hope to find you
so heaven can cry
for the love
they wanted us
to have

you came to me as a friend
the days we spend
talking together growing as one
you fill my life
with such happiness
that I've never known
i feel as though
you know my heart
and how it feels
the love i give so freely
belongs to you alone
the love you show to me
is a gift all it's own
you tried not to love me
but couldn't resist the love
we needed to share

into the void i was headed
full of hatred and despair
a life i no longer wanted to live
loneliness i no longer care
the world spins around
leaving me behind
the times are hard
and get harder still
the weight is almost
to much for me to bare
my heart beats with time
waiting for me to die
for as long as i breath
is no matter to me
wanting to end it all
i always will try
to make the world better
for my children
i don't wish to see
have a life like mine
in a world we all made
full of hatred and despair

i gave you my heart
you took my soul
loving you was easy
it happened so suddenly
we'd talk forever
of an island
just for you and me
talk of dreams
of a life to be
it wont be long
till we find our love
embrace each other
share our bodies
minds and souls
endless time shall be
when finally one day in time
we are together at last
just wait and see
