In the Wine
Starving within the memory of a feast
uneaten

In the Wine
I offered up my truest and best love
for you
Leaving wishes on the altar

uneaten stuff thrown callously away
no care for hunger and starving lot

Scrapping leftovers in drains and bins,
Superpowers or frankenstein ghosts?
I hate to see a plate of wasted food,
My only appeal, is this what we should?
