The Lonely House Wife
The lonely housewife was bored
So, she hopped into her fiery ford
Drink and danced all night
Then got into a fight
She tussled and gourd until she was floored...

I Love Chickpeas
your chickpea skin
my willing mouth
the mundane things
we talk about
your shadowed eyes
my bright despair
your barbered mane
my tussled hair
four confused hands
touch in the rain...

Premium Member A Motorcycle Ride
there is nothing better
then the feel of
speed on a motorcycle

the wind whipping
through tussled hair

the freedom of choice
to wear a helmet or not

and the occasional
slap on the face
by a passing bug...

Premium Member She Graced My Garden of Dreams With Alluring Beauty
She softly and gracefully
walked into my ever flourishing
garden of dreams
Her long black glossy raven hair
tussled and tossed
by a gentle summer breeze
She was the most beautiful
ravishing alluring women
I'd ever seen
and will never see the likes again
when my dream was finally over
and our dream adventure
came to an end

Luke
my son aged 7 watches cartoons,
while I watch the world kill itself
with greed and hate

his tussled black locks don't yet know
the power (the pain) of love and money,
has not tasted the chemistry between men
and fickle women,

I am dad and she (my love) is mum,
his world now, his Titanic bow, his Fred Astaire
his Red Adaire... an all-in-one show:...

A Murder of Crows
Late commers snap beaky throats,
mug with angry complaints.

A gathering
of de-frocked preachers strut
and preen, a tussled foraging,
hustle, and riot.

Up in the branches brothers caw and jeer.
Upheavals come together,
those with more pluck, snatch and pilfer.

Wanton blackouts of carrion crows
crowd my eyes
with their petty, ill-mannered crimes....

Serenity
Thoughts of splendor
tussled and muttered
like waves they crash
and disappear
Briefly then is it calm and steady
peaceful, and purposeful flow
Out of sight, a beautiful serenity
hidden deeply in the vast
Rebuilding quietly, the current pulls
as the weight takes over the mass
Compelled to last they fight for impression
gripping onto the life below
Until the time the tide is broken
may the grip never let go...

L,O,A
Leaves Of Autumn.

Leaves from autumn trees do fall
blanketing the ground.
As gusty winds disturb their rest
they flutter all around.

Hitting any obstacle
getting in the way.
As the wind dies down
leaves on the ground
settle where they lay.

As the gusty wind stirs up again
the leaves again will stray
Up, up, up they go and far away
caught up in rooftops high
tussled in the air.
Heading up toward the sky
leaves are everywhere....
